Cozy Home

Owner was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. Explained all important info perfectly. House was nice and cozy. Check in and out process was easy too. Would stay there again.

Clean and Comfortable

The house was clean and everything looked great when we arrived. We were in town for an athletic tournament and it was a great place to relax and unwind after the long days.

For me, this was an excellent location. The house is large and clean. Good neighborhood. The only issue I had was that in a 4 bedroom house that would comfortably sleep 8 people there were only 2 washcloths.

Family time in MN

The house was very accommodating to our group of 5 adults. Comfortable living room for gathering (and floor space for yoga). Big yard, nice sunroom to read in. Easy parking. No complaints!

Nice house, liked the back yard and fire pit. Good appliances. Good water preasure. Fit our needs very well.

Great Home,Great location

Nice House,awesome backyard kitchen was stocked with pots pams and dishes basement is spacious with full bathroom,however bring air mattress if someone wants to sleep down there,there is only a tv in 1 out of 4 bedrooms there is a tv in the family room and a small tv in the basement the owner was very great with communication it was easy to check in and out will definitely be booking again!

Roadtrip

The accommodations were described correctly. The beds were a little less comfortable for those on the large side. Overall slept well enough to enjoy the sites of Minneapolis. The house was very close to the highway which made travel simple and quick.

The place was very comfortable. The only thing I can say is the listing doesn’t say that there are no rooms on the main floor. We had our 80 year old grandma with us. That would have been something we would have not rented.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Our listing says specifically there are 4 bedrooms upstairs. The listing also states the main floor has a living room, kitchen, dining room, sunroom, and a half bathroom. Thanks.

Spacious, clean, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, comfortable home

Great home with everything needed for a stay away from home. We wanted a place for 5 adults, with a great television watching area for "those down times" AND an outdoor area. This home exceeded that requirement for us. We all slept GREAT on the mattresses. Very nicely decorated. Thanks for everything Tim!!!

The owner needs to really consider purchasing dehumidifiers for the upstairs and the downstairs! The smell of musty is absolutely horrendous. The house really was not a clean house. Looks very much updated on the pictures and is not. Needs more towels when you have a very wet Feel in the house from the moisture for people to use, including kitchen towels to wash dishes.
