Margie's Coop is reminiscent of life in the country. Along with contemporary amenities the Coop offers a feel of bygone days. You'll find porch swings, a fishing pond, and acres of Christmas Trees right outside your door! The Coop is a newly renovated three bedroom, three bath home. It features a large covered gathering area, a large kitchen with all of the amenities, and lots of room to roam including a seven acre Christmas Tree Farm right on the property!

Very clean and welcoming home. It was very quiet and peaceful place. Enjoyed the family history that was shared. Jim and Karen were great to work with and quick to respond to any questions!

We stayed for two nights while attending our daughters wedding. After two long days, the beds were very comfortable and the rest was great! Would love to go back during Christmas when the trees are being cut!

Margie's Coop provided us with a wonderful place to stay! Everything we needed was provided. We cooked all of our meals at the Coop. It was a very relaxing place!! Highly recommend it to anyone searching for a relaxing place to stay.

Everything we could possibly need and more was in the house. The outside was incredible! Games for the kids! And they loved the chickens and roosters all over the house. I spoke to the owners multiple times prior to our stay and they always answered back immediately. We had an incredible stay!!!

Absolutely perfect!

This is a great house! One level which is great for me having hip replacement surgery in two weeks. Three bedrooms though the husband and I only used two. (I also use a CPAP and the dogs sleep with me.) Very spacious and would be great even if our adult kids had gone within us! Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone. No neighbors and close enough to food and our family who live in Arkansas. Perfect rental property and the extra touches were very appreciated.

Awesome

This is an awesome property to kick back and visit with family and friends the indoor and outdoor space are all clean and plenty of seating. We love being able to sit outside and play ping pong and cornhole while visiting or just hang out outside especially in the evening. Well worth it.

Great property

This was a great property with lots of great perks. Located next to an air field, don't worry about the noise. This is a great place if you want to hang on the amazing patio, sit by the pond, or inside in the spacious living room and kitchen. They have about every appliance or pot or pan you could want, and there is plenty of room for you and your family or friends. The location is great being right in the middle of many attractions for hiking or biking. Would love to come back here again!

Perfect home with room for all!

My sister, my husband and I came home for our great-niece’s HS Graduation. We loved that all the baths had walk in showers and plenty of counter space for all our stuff! Comfy beds! Lots of seating and 2 large screen TVs! Everything was clean and neat. No real driveway but that was not an issue. Loved the place amd will be back!

Wonderful Stay

The house was great for our party of 6. We felt comfortable the entire stay. The owners were so great with communication! We had some bad weather while there and our cars were safe under the large outdoor area! Loved seeing the Christmas trees growing!

Christmas Tree Farm

The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and supplied with lots of extras. I would for sure recommend this place to be a must stay. My sister and I were walking around the outside edge of the yard and discovered several Passion fruit vines one of them had fruit on it. I was so excited I love exploring outdoors.

Amazing!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. This place is always so clean and well stocked with everything we need. The host was wonderful as well. We got to enjoy some much needed time with family outside and there was plenty for everyone to do. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Retreat

Property was nicer than expected. The host was very friendly, but not interfering. The remote location with the pond was perfect. The house was much larger and nicer than the pictures online appeared.

The best

We rented for husband to see his kids for his 76th birthday and it was all we could ask for and more. The attention to detail including outdoor activities was great. We loved it and would love to come back again next time we are in area. Thank you so much to the owners for making our stay perfect .

Beautiful house and property

My sisters and I had a wonderful time on our trip to the southwest part of Arkansas. And one of the reasons was knowing we had a beautiful, comfortable house to come home to each evening. I highly recommend Margie’s Coop to anyone looking to stay in the Ozark, AR, area.

I (Jim) grew up on this property. My wife and I started a Christmas Tree Farm in 1990 and love our farm life. Margie was my mom and she loved her home, outdoors and chickens. My dad, Frank, loved motorcycles and airplanes. We themed the Coop in honor of them both and trust that you will come to love our little place as well.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

One of the best features of Margie's Coop is our fishin' pond. Just outside the front door is a peaceful scene reminiscent of barefeet, tree swings, fishin', and hanging out on the porch. As added bonus is our little grass strip airport. Occasionally you will see private planes or ultralights taking off and landing just outside the kitchen window.

There are not many rental properties where you can fly in and wonder through thousands of Christmas Trees! In fact, we may be the only one in the world!
