You can go to the lake and ski in the same day because of our unique city. Beautiful well done backyard with BBQ area with fruit trees will create fully relaxed atmosphere for you. Security camera outside of the home for your safety with smart lock front door for easy access. No pets, party, smoking are allowed on the property.

Very close to UNR, shopping and food places, which helped when needing to run back and forth moving my daughter into her college dorm. House was as described, spacious and clean. The patio had a nice sitting area to relax outside. The host was easy to communicate with and provided necessary information in a timely manner. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Awesome. THANK YOU!

10/10. Stayed for a softball tournament. Literally was the closest location to the Reno Softball complex. 5 minute drive. 5 minutes to walmart too

Rented this house for my in-laws. It was nice and clean. Had problems with the lock to get in but the guy showed up in 10 minutes and got us right in.

Great stay!

This home had all we needed and was very clean and comfortable for 6 adults. Location was great with quick access to freeways and tucked into safe neighborhood.

Wonderful stay!

We were in town to be close to the hospital while my mother-in-law had surgery. I am so thankful to have found this lovely place to stay! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Alex is a great communicator and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place!

You've read all the positive reviews and after staying here, I can verify...they are all true!!! What's missing are the extra perks that come a long with staying here. Perks such as water, soda, coffee even beer. Also the board games, guitar, and the bbq patio gives this home a very family friendly atmosphere. Also restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, shopping plazas are conveniently located within 2 miles of here.What's not mentioned is how great owner/host is. I'm not too app savy, so Alexander helped me with check in and out instructions via text. Also my drive from L.A. to Reno was suddenly blocked by a wild fire, forcing me to miss the 1st day of 3 day reservation. Alexander was informed and graciously granted me an extension on my stay. That kind of genouristy and kindness goes a long with me.Overall, with a family friendly home and a kind, helpful owner/host, I know you will enjoy your stay here. There's a reason why it's rated 10 with sooo many positive reviews!!!

Air b&b stay Reno NV

Overall great sty, cleanliness and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Clean home and A/C iron and kitchen wear were pluses. All restrooms were clean and a tv with Netflix and Hulu options , YouTube and internet.

In town for competition

Close to everything. We were originally supposed to be a party of seven adults but ended up with just five. The house would have been very tight for seven adults but was perfect for five. Would stay here again.
