Big Horn BNB is a spacious (615 square feet) clean, air-conditioned, one bedroom suite, with a king-sized bed, private entrance downstairs from private parking, storage for your bicycles or skis, and an EV charger for your electric car! It comfortably sleeps two. Fully furnished including a sofa-bed, fireplace, high speed wifi and two TVs. The suite also has a quaint kitchenette (no stove) that comes with a washer/dryer, in-sink dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave, and some continental goodies. Swim in the heated salt pool (open mid May to October ) or enjoy a BBQ with side burner, on your private patio space.
There are many sights and things to do within a 20 minute drive including: wine tours, many hiking and biking trails, the city of Penticton, Apex Mountain, KVR trail, KVR Heritage Train, and famous Tickleberry's Ice Cream Shop!
So whether it's a day of wine Touring, sitting on a beach, hiking, cycling, or relaxing with a glass of wine, make Big Horn BNB your next vacation destination! We are open all year round!

My husband and I had a lovely week at Nicki and Paul’s property! The suite was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The pool and garden area are gorgeous.Nicki and Paul were friendly and helpful and gave us privacy. The location is peaceful and quite yet close to restaurants, wineries, etc.

The suite was very clean and comfortable for two people. Nicely decorated and cozy. The property is beautiful and the pool is a treat. There is a nice sitting area outside. The hosts have thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again.

The space was beautiful and the pool was lovely. The chilled bottle of wine upon arrival was a nice surprise. Niki and Paul are such kind and welcoming people. We enjoyed our time here very much and we look forward to our next stay.

We had the best three days at this incredible oasis. We didn’t want to leave. We felt so relaxed. The suite was spacious and spotless. Nicki and Paul were lovely hosts and provided thoughtful touches including a bottle of delicious chilled wine for us. The king bed was very comfortable. The pool was amazing. The views were to die for. We would definitely love to book again.

Place felt like home. Very clean, nice little outdoor area to sit at, great to have use of the bbq. It was the thoughtful little touches also that made our first time using VRBO a hit. I am sure it will be hard to beat this location for our next time we use this site for travel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Big Horn! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care the hosts put into making their guests feel welcome. The property was spotlessly clean, private, comfortable, and incredibly easy to access.The little touches really stood out. We were greeted with a wonderful welcome package that included delicious snacks, a lovely bottle of wine, and two freshly baked desserts—such a thoughtful and generous way to start our stay!The home had everything we needed, including the convenience of a washer and dryer, which was especially appreciated during our visit.But the real highlight is the backyard oasis. The in-ground pool was fantastic, and relaxing outside while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake made it feel like we had our own private resort. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a glass of wine, and simply take in the surroundings.Big Horn exceeded our expectations in every way. It is one of those places where you arrive and immediately feel relaxed and at home. We would highly recommend Big Horn to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway.We can't wait to come back!

Nicki & Paul are amazing hosts. The unit was so beautifully decorated and had everything that we could have ever possibly wanted that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It felt like home. The unit was super clean and everything was functioning well. There were so many little thoughtful surprises - the complimentary chilled bottle of wine for our arrival, snacks, and the creature comforts of a washer & dryer, ice maker, Keurig, and others too numerous to mention. And the pool! And the view! Everything was perfect. This VRBO definitely set a very high bar that we will be using to compare all of the rest of our accommodations for the remaining weeks of our vacation. If we ever find ourselves back in Okanagan Falls, this is going to be our TOP choice for accommodations. We highly recommend.

Beautiful Stay

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here! Nicki and Paul really put a lot of thought in creating not just a beautiful spot to stay, but also a lovely experience with snacks, wine, and refreshments. Highly recommend staying here!
