Enjoy a beautiful newly remodeled modern home in central San Francisco.

My home features 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths with an open theme kitchen/dining/living space.

There is a large deck, patio, and backyard with a beautiful gazebo, outdoor dining table, patio couches, fire table, and barbecue grill.

- $40 for any propane tank replacement. However, there might or might not be propane left over from previous guest. Other things to note:
This is a residential neighborhood so please only quiet enjoyment after 10 pm. The host lives onsite in the in-law (basement) and has her own private entrance

What a perfect house

Our stay was perfect. We had a family baby shower and the house was perfect. Dont miss the Sunset bakery right down the street. Best barbque pork buns in town

Fantastic house for family and friends

We had such a wonderful time and Shu was a kind, responsive, and generous host. The house is in a great neighborhood. We’d stay here again for sure!

Highly recommend

Beds were quite firm and we had an ant infestation but the owner was extremely responsive. The house is in an amazing location, very spacious and well maintained and we would absolutely return to this property. A very lovely house to rent!

Beautiful home!

Shu was a pleasure coordinating with us and was flexible with our group's accommodations! The home is exactly as pictured and the Nintendo Switch was a favorite :) the location was perfect as well with cute shops and cafes along the street. Hope to be back soon, thank you for a memorable stay!

Great spot to celebrate with family

We had a large group for my daughter's graduation from UC Berkeley and this home perfectly accommodated all of us. It was impeccably clean and had all the amenities expected at this price point. Wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor spaces but had a couple of great large meals with friends and family over the few days we were there.

Wonderful spot!

The house was awesome and in a fantastic location. So easy to walk to great restaurants, stores, coffee shops, bars and one of the best locations in Golden Gate Park. The owners were super attentive to the one issue we had and resolved it incredibly quickly and with basically no interruption. The event was for my wife's birthday and they put up a huge happy birthday sign in the dining room for her! Really can't recommend these folks and their spot more

Wonderful house to stay for a Golf Trip

6 adults stayed here for a golf trip, we had such a fun stay in this beautiful house with an excellent location. House was clean, well stocked with essentials, and even had (fairly) easy street parking. There are a couple streets with coffee, restaurants, etc not far away and access to all the golf courses was a breeze. Would def book again.

Great Well-Located San Francisco Home

This is a very nice, large, well supplied home within walking distance of the lovely San Francisco Golden Gate Park! It suited our family reunion plans for our extended family. The home is nicely decorated and has lots of beds, in large rooms. There are of course lots of stairs and one caution is that the bottom of the stairs were a bit too attractive to the toddler. It was a great stay; we had a wonderful time and throughly enjoyed the nice location too! Mrs. Shu is a wonderful host along with her helpful sons!

Great Family Holiday

Everything was great. Shu was easy to communicate with and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. Great location near restaurants, transit and the park. Plenty of room for our family, and great outdoor space too! The kids loved the games and Nintendo Switch!

Great House & Wonderful Location

Our group had a great stay. This house is perfect for a large group. Close to many restaurants, parks, and attractions. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of street parking.

Great stay with friends

The house was great for seven women to stay here. There was ample space for us to hang out in the kitchen and family room. Two of our group are runners and found it was easy access to run in the nearby park. While you're away from the busy downtown area, it was nice to stay in a quieter neighborhood and you're a short cab ride away from the sites.

Great stay

We had a family reunion in San Francisco and needed somewhere for several parties to stay, as well as a place for multiple generations to convene during the day. Shu's place was perfect for us. Communication was easy, everything was clean and taken care of. We had a great time. Would recommend!

Great for a large group!

We stayed here on a girls weekend in SF and were quite happy with our stay! Shu and her sons were incredibly accommodating, communicated with us the entire time as we needed, and made our stay very enjoyable. The house is a great size - plenty of rooms to space out from others. The location put us in walking distance to a lovely park and good casual food / drink options. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay close to shops and restaurants

We had such a wonderful stay at this super clean and bright residence. What put this place over the top was the wonderful communications and accomodations from Shu! She is truly wonderful and always responded within minutes. We didn't know much about San Francisco, but we got lucky picking this location, which was situated within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops in Inner Sunset and just a short walk to Golden Gate Park. The place was stocked with supplies and games.and great sized tv's in each room. Finally, this place is centrally located and pretty much a 1/2 hour or less from everywhere that you would need to sight see. We would stay here again. Thank you Shu!

Beautiful house in the heart of San Francisco

The house was as nice as it looked in the pictures. The rooms were large and backyard was a little oasis. The parking was a typical tiny SF garage, but still a bonus for being in the city.

Daughter's Wedding Weekend

Everyone walked into the house and said "Wow!" What a beautiful remodeled house, everyone observed. In addition to four nice bedrooms and three nice baths, it had a large kitchen with very nice appliances, a large dining room and a large and comfortable living room. Outdoors was no different. It had a patio with a new BBQ and a backyard covered sitting area with comfortable sofas. Shu was quick to respond to all my communications in a friendly and professional manner. Would definitely rent this home again!

The house is located in a quiet residential street. Walking score of 98. Everything is within walking distance (coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, stores). Irving Street is just one block North and has some of the most popular restaurants in the city. One of the few entrances to Golden Gate Park is just 2 blocks North on 9th Ave and Lincoln Way. SFO airport is only a 20 minute drive away. There's also a Muni bus stop on the same block, which you can take to downtown, the beach, Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, etc. UCSF Parnassus Campus is a few blocks away.

You will have access to the entire house, deck, patio, and backyard and will have your own private entrance through the front gate. You can park the car in the garage but please enter through the front gate. I will be living in the in law in the basement. I will have my own separate entrance. I try to give my guests space but will be available via message or cell for assistance.
