Good weekend getaway for 6

The house comfortably slept 3 couples and served as a good home base for exploring northeast Texas. We'd stay there again.

Great weekend with our grands.

Stayed with our 5 grands ages 7-12 for their spring break. Had such a good time. The grands enjoyed having the gameroom all to themselves. No adults allowed! Plenty of room to spread out. Loved sitting in the screened in porch.

Great house!

This house was amazing! There was so much to do at the house with the gameroom and games, plus the property has pickleball, disc golf, swimming pools, and hiking. The location is easy to get to and the house was very comfortable. Just as described in the listing.

Gem at Holly Lake Ranch

We very much enjoyed our stay at Triple T Retreat! The house was clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and kind. We ended up needing to cut our trip short by one day due to a death in the family, and Tilleri was so gracious to refund us for the night. Snacks, bottled water and 4th of July treats were left for us upon our arrival, which was so thoughtful. The property is close to the pool, Pickleball courts and lake. We will definitely stay there again!
