This is a luxury one bedroom penthouse apartment,that sleeps 4 situated on the beachfront in San Pedro de Alcantara Located in Casablanca Beach, a prestigious beach side gated urbanisation, within a minute to the Paseo, beach and the sea, with a wide selection of Restaurants and Chiringuitos.Also within a few minutes walk to San Pedro Boulevard and Town.
The large bright lounge has been beautifully furnished with high quality furniture and has a dining area and large L shaped sofa that converts into a Queen size sofa bed.
There are patio doors on to the large wrap around terrace which has amazing mountain and sea views. It has a relaxed chill out area with sofa and armchairs plus optional awning should you prefer shade. There are sun loungers, al fresco dining table for 6 people and a coffee table with two chairs to enjoy a morning coffee whilst taking in the view. It is the terrace which makes this apartment spectacularly special.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with built in wardrobes. There is direct access to the terrace and it has an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower.
