A very nice, well mannered group. The main contact for the group seemed somewhat technologically challenged failing to open attachments allowing for their very early check-in Overall good experience.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and spacious. The deck was a great place to sit and enjoy the water and some occasional dolphins! This is located in a great spot and is within walking distance to the beach and downtown Clearwater Beach. We have been to this area multiple times and have always stayed in a hotel; we would definitely pick to stay in this condo again if available when we go back!

Perfectly wonderful group. Respected the property and also respected the neighboring families. Appropriate to the Nth degree, and any owner would be benefitted by their presence. We hope to have them as guests again soon.

Very Nice in Clearwater

This is an excellent property at the perfect location. The condo is clean and well maintained, and within walking distance of the beach and numerous excellent restaurants. Would gladly stay here again.

Spring getaway

The condo was great for our group of 7. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony to watch for dolphins. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

This fantastic group was a pleasure to host and not only respected the condo, but the neighbors as well. And they left the place in great shape having already done some of the laundry. Any host would be well served welcoming this wonderful group.

The condo is beautiful! It fit our party of 6 perfectly! We loved and spent a lot of time on the balcony! We were entertained one morning by dolphins! Restaurants, stores and the beach were all within walking distance! Art was very accommodating when we asked to add an extra night! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This family absolutely confirms why as an owner you are in this business--they communicate, they act appropriately, they are caring and kind, and most of all, they are respectful to the property and to all others. Great group and last minute reservation. Could not have been more cordial and got in early to see the Clearwater Beach 4th of July display! Recommend these folks to all hosts--rated them 5 stars!

CondOasis Great Place for a Beach Vacation

We were delighted with the accommodations. Everything we needed was provided. We loved the view of the harbor with dolphins swimming there for our entertainment and the tasteful decorations inside. We liked being within easy walking distance of the beach and many fine restaurants. We highly recommend this property.

We had the best time with the whole family over Christmas!! The condo is spacious and lovely. Sitting on the huge deck for hours was priceless !!

Condo was spacious and close to beach and restaurants. We loved the big balcony. Could have been cleaner, master bedroom required vacuuming on arrival and dressers and nightstands in all rooms required dusting Otherwise great stay

Clearwater Vacation

The property was very nice. Very clean. Beautiful deck. Pool and parking very easy. Close access to beach, stores, park and restaurants. All within walking distance. Really the only problem was the early check in . We were supposed to be in by 1:30 but didn’t get in until 4:00.

Great guests and any owner would be well benefitted by their presence. There was a glitch in check-in timing with staff having an issue at another property. At least guests had the opportunity to enter the premises and retrieve the parking pass. And cleaning staff returned to present a sparkling clean unit by regular check-in time of 4:00, but we take complete responsibility for the error in communication. From our point of view, it is never comfortable to start off on the wrong foot and it was our fault, no ifs ands or buts! Our hope is someday these fantastic guests will allow us the opportunity to serve them in the future..

Clearwater Sunrises

We arrived on a Wednesday to a very nice condo. The best part was the balcony and views of the harbor. Almost everyday around 9am we were treated to dolphins playing around. I was able to capture every sunrise but one (it rained that day). The condo was very inviting. We are definitely coming back.

Nice and Spacious

Super nice condo with plenty of space. Everything inside was nice and clean. The view off the balcony overlooking the bay is nice as well. We seen dolphins playing several times throughout our week stay. The listing says 3min walk to the beach but it takes more like 10min (still not too bad). Our only complaint is we wished the pool area had stayed open a little longer as it closes at dark. We would definitely stay here again if back in the Clearwater area.

Great family who knows how to get the best out of their stay at the beach. In addition to dolphins playing in the back yard, lol there have been numerous manatee siting's as they roil by the docks.

Condo Oasis

This is a beautiful property, it is well cared for and clean. The condo is spacious and comfortable. It's located not too far from the beach. The pool and hot tub are a bonus. Seeing wildlife from the balcony was wonderful experience. Thank you for the relaxing vacation!The only downfall was - it was Spring Break week, beach was crowded, and street traffic was loud in to the early hours. The guests above us, sounded like they were moving furniture at 3AM, several times this week..

Great family, just wish others in the building were as appropriate and considerate as this group. It is rare, but does happen that some guests are not thoughtful or caring of neighbors but usually security issues a harsh warning. Yet despite minor audible intrusions, this family had opportunity to relax and kick back in wonderful CondOasis.

Suggestions

I would recommend getting a new coffee pot or cleaning the old one. Also tell in description that you need to bring toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher soap if staying longer thana few days or have a large group.

Good constructive criticism is very valuable, my mother would always remind me. Yet in this case, after this great group issued a five star review, the criticism might be thought to be "instructive." Regarding the recommendation to increase supplies, since covid, some supplies are slight, so practice has been to get guests through at least 3 days. Sans daily maintenance like a hotel, there is no staff to replenish. As far as coffee makers, there are 2 types, a drip Mr. Coffee and a K cup Keurig. Both are serviced weekly by cleaning staff, while Keurig has no pot, it is checked for spent K cups? CondOasis would love the have these gals return and allow for us to provide additional supplies for their in home comfort.

Nice to realize the guests truly enjoyed their stay. CondOasis is a wonderful 2000 sq. ft. nicely appointed condo in the best location on Clearwater Beach --the southern most tip with least traffic. And it also is the liveliest area with great restaurants, nightclubs and upscale taverns. This group realized how to enjoy it all and prepare using all the accoutrements of CondOasis.
