Cooper Park Carriage House - Downtown Cooperstown!

The Cooper Park Carriage House is set behind the main house and has been tastefully renovated to provide modern comforts in the most convenient location ~ the very HEART of downtown Cooperstown. The Baseball Hall of Fame is visible from your window! This is the closest you can get to all that downtown Cooperstown has to offer ~ restaurants, shops, parks, golf, churches, and the beautiful Otsego Lake where you may choose from a number of local boat rental providers to enjoy a leisure day on the water, if desired.

Two queen bedrooms share one 3/4 bathroom, and a lovely open space with a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room. Bedrooms have AC window units. The living room sofa opens to a queen sleeper providing space for up to 6 guests. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

A lot behind the main house provides off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Stairs are required to access the Carriage House.

Enjoy live music all summer long by the lake. Walk to all downtown attractions. Enjoy the comfort of an exceptional space at an historic Cooperstown property.

5 miles to Dreams Park, 35 minutes to All-Star Village.

Great stay for a small family

My wife, 1.5 year old son and I stayed here - it was a perfect location and easy to get around Cooperstown. Very clean and comfortable - highly recommended!

Perfect location!

Surprisingly spacious unit in an absolutely perfect location! Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Hall of Fame, and the lake. This was a wonderful stay for our family of 4!

Wonderful place

The carriage house was great. It was perfect for my husband and I. Cooperstown is a quaint, walkable place and apartment was close to it all.

The location can’t be beat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautifully managed spot near the Hall of Fame and other attractions in town. You’ll find everything you need in a safe, clean environment at this home. Our 7 month old slept great here which is saying a lot!

Location of the cute little apartment was great. Close to lake and downtown. 2 comfortable beds. Wine , coffee and popcorn was a nice gift.

the place was great! I lived on Fair street for over 30 years so it was especially nice to be back in my old stomping grounds.One issue for some people might be the clawfoot tub/shower comb because it is a very high step to get into it.

Awesome Cooperstown Location

We stayed at the Cooper Park Carriage House for three days and two nights and it was perfect. Bathroom a bit small but we were there to be around and about. Highly recommend this location.

Location, location, location!!! Beautiful property that borders a park next to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Peaceful setting with tranquil views from every window. Very well stocked kitchen- utensils, spices, pots and pans. Very clean as well. Highly recommend this property.

Hands Down the Best Place in Cooperstown

If you are looking to stay in Cooperstown, look no further- All the amenities a family could possibly want are within steps. The Place is immaculate, and everything is tastefully updated! Maybe a few more TV's, but that's picky :) Excellent Spot for ANY reason you have to come to town.

This is now our fourth trip to the baseball hall of fame. This location cannot be beat. The property literally borders Coopers park/ HOF, and is a short 5minute walk to downtown shopping and dining saw well as Otsego lake. We literally didn’t use our car for 3 days. The property itself was well equipped and had everything needed for our stay. One word of caution is that the unit is on the second floor and does not have central air- only two room air conditioners- one in each bedroom. They did the job in the bedrooms but the rest of the unit was hot- and we visited on a cool fall weekend where the high was about 70.

Location, location, location! This was a beautiful and clean place for my family to stay while my son was at Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week. Only 10 minutes from the ball fields and steps away from Main Street and all that Cooperstown has to offer! This was a much better alternative than staying near Dreams Park in a one-room hotel. Host was responsive, in-unit washer/dryer, beautiful kitchen/living space/bedrooms with modern amenities but tons of character. Would highly recommend! Felt just like home for the week.

To say this location was perfect is an understatement!! Staying next-door to the Hall of Fame and in the center of everything was perfect for our family! This rental had everything we needed and more. We came for Cooperstown Dreams Park week two and had a little bit of warm weather. The window air-conditioning in each bedroom were a lifesaver!The fact that this location is so centrally located was a huge benefit to us! Upon check-in we were greeted with the a delicious bottle of wine, which was perfect after a long day of travel. I couldn’t recommend this location more!
