Beachfront #101 is a 3-bedroom, 2 Full Bath beachfront Luxury at Grand Panama. The kitchen is well-equipped and has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, Instapot Pot, Air-fryers, quality dishes, glasses, and small appliances to make you feel at home. Small Pets (25lbs max), allowed with a $100 pet fee. Grand Panama also $25 for a pet leash sleeve. This can be handled online when you register for your parking pass.

Grand Panama is one of the newest and most luxurious places in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer. Each unit has a washer/dryer. Grand Panama has the newest and most luxurious accommodations in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer. Our 1-101 has a gated patio exclusive to your unit. This is a fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath, and offers free WiFi access. If this one is reserved, please contact me anyway, because we do currently have other ones available with the same gated patios and amenities. The beach is beautiful, and the property is stunning with fantastic tropical landscaping. The fishing Pier is located within walking distance, as well as the Waterpark, Shopping, and Wine/Spirit Store. We have large-screen TVs in all bedrooms and a SMART TV in the living room. You can stay home and cook in the fully furnished kitchen if you desire, or check out one of the many restaurants or eateries nearby or on the property.

Enjoy many on-site amenities, including a full-service tiki bar, seasonal beach service, and an on-site fitness center with two HEATED pools for guest use. In addition to the amenities listed, we also offer the following:

A registration fee of is $55 is required and includes your first parking pass, and can be purchased online at Grandpanamacoa.com.

Age Restriction
To reserve a room at Grand Panama, our policy requires guests to be at least 25 years of age. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request.
Check-in Check-out
The guest access keypad code is given after booking. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. We do offer Early 1 pm Check-in for an additional $60 fee. Text me to schedule. These are granted based on availability. A $150 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

Hurricane Policy
Grand Panama will provide a full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation for the Panama City Beach area is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Does Grand Panama provide sheets, towels, pillows, and other linens, or do we need to bring our own?
A. We provide a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as linens for the sleeper sofa. Your unit will also have enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, along with hand and dish towels for the kitchen. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, SO PLEASE BRING THEM!

Q. If we are renting just for the weekend, can we use the dishes and cooking supplies?
A. Whether you are renting for one night or an entire season, Grand Panama offers all our guests the same room and property amenities. We encourage you to make use of everything!

Q. What is the age requirement to rent a unit at the Grand Panama?
A. At least one person in your group must be 25 or older.

Q. If we check out early, will we receive a credit or refund?
A. Once you have checked in, you will not receive a credit or refund for any unused portion of your Panama City Beach vacation.

Q. Do you offer airport pick-up?
A. Airport transportation is available from Sunshine Shuttle.

Q. Do you offer a daily maid service?
A. While daily maid service can be ordered, it is not part of our ordinary service. Instead, guests are provided with towels and linens that should accommodate their stay. Each unit also has a washer/dryer, which can be used for personal items as well as towels and linens.

Wonderful vacation

This was our second time staying at the Grand Panama Beach Resort, and everything was fantastic. The location of the property is excellent, easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores and beach shops. Pier Park and other attractions are a short, easy drive away. We enjoyed the pool and beach at the resort. The grounds are well-maintained and clean, including the restrooms at the pool! The Tiki Hut serves good food and drinks, nice for lunch or snacks without having to drive somewhere. Our unit was perfect for our family of five adults and two dogs. It was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. I liked being on the first floor, which made it super easy to walk the dogs. The pool was right outside our patio. I have some mobility issues, so this was important to me. Even walking to the beach was easy. We rented a different unit last year (second floor, also very nice) from the same owner. Lynn is an outstanding hostess - very responsive and thoughtful. She clearly wants to make sure that her guests enjoy their vacation and is a great source for recommendations on where to dine and other information about the area. If you have any questions or concerns about the property, she is super quick to respond. Thank you, Lynn, for everything! We plan to return next year, hopefully to the same condo.

Great Condo!

The condo is just as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is in good shape and the beds are comfortable. It is a great location if you have a disabled person and/or pet with you. Lynn is fantastic to work with and I would rent from her again with no hesitation.

Clean, convenient to pool

The positives for the unit were it was close to the pool, the dog walk area, and grill. It was clean and well maintained. The owner shared lots of info on the unit and surrounding area. We also liked that we could leave our food at end of the week and it was donated to zoo or homeless. The negatives were that the descriptions says it sleeps 9. We had 6 adults and 3 kids. It does not sleep 9 comfortably. My daughter had to sleep on the roll away in the master closet and we had 2 kids on twin air mattresses in very close quarters of bedrooms. We have rented other condos for less that were just as nice but much larger in size. The access to the pool from our patio was the selling point of the condo for us and we constantly (daily) had to beg argue with security to unlock the gate to the pool at our patio. We were told they keep it locked to keep outsiders from the pool. We argued that is why we wear wriatbands and security is suppose to check. It was really frustrating. Another oddity of the condo was the life size mannequin that was sitting in the corner of the dinning room. It had a note to encourage to take selfies with but it was a bit scary for small kids so we covered it up. Overall it was a clean condo for a single family but not a larger group like us.

Pool view and you have privacy due to hedges, but very limited beach view. Large condo with reading chairs and tv in every bedroom. Pool is very nice. Kitchen is well equipped. Location is great. Dogs can’t be around pool or beach, but it’s nice to being able to bring them along.

Condo was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned only wiped down. Coke or some other liquid all over the master door and frame (which I wiped off). Patio filthy, and pics did not look like the condo layout. Establishment itself was clean and you could tell they keep the exterior very clean

Fantastic stay

The Grand Panama is a wonderful place to stay on the beach. The condo was fantastic and convenient location. It was super clean and furnished with everything we needed during our stay. Lynn is a terrific host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. She’s the best. We plan to make this a yearly vacation spot.

The location was great. The 1st floor was perfect with our pet. The owner was responsive to concerns about cleanliness. Make sure to bring toiletries with you. Shampoo and hand soap was not included.

I loved the location of it and everything was very convenient in the area. It did not say you had to pay for your parking up front. Never been in a condo where they ask you to wipe everything down and empty the trash in all rooms and start a load of clothes and tips.

Amazing family vacation

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. We’ve also rented other units from Lynn through the years. She is an awesome host!!! This unit is the perfect location for our family to enjoy the convenience of the pool and the pet walk!! It was very clean and has such a great layout for our family!! We also love being able to bring our fur baby!! We will definitely be back for many years to come!

Great location!

I loved the location of this condo, directly on the pool & the beach! It is so convenient. Check in & out was easy, I never had an issue with parking! My bed was super comfortable! My only issue was the condo didn't come with any of the things I'm used to: basic kitchen necessities (seasoning, kcups, really anything you would need) or things you'd need for an extended stay. We had to buy cleaning products, more toilet tissue & paper towels, etc. My friends stayed in the same complex & had all of these things so I can't say it's a property thing. For the amount of money we paid, we could have gotten 2 rolls of paper towels & more toilet tissue.
