Hello,
Thanks for inquiring about our BEACHFRONT accommodations, Unit #208 at Grand Panama... I thought you might like to have the links to ALL of my units. Please get in touch with me if you have any questions. And, please reference the vrbo calendars to verify current openings, prices, and book online.

That being said...Let me tell you more about a Premier Property. We own 7 units, so hopefully When looking at each Unit, it will say in the "description" the Unit number...if it says 208, then it is on the second floor... #107, #101, and #109 are on the first floor with gated patio access direct to the pool or beach... No waiting on elevators! What I think is cool (and I'm a mother of 3 teenage boys, with rafts and boogie boards), is that the first-floor Units, ALL have a patio with a gate, that goes directly to the pool or beach, so they can just throw their gear on the patio on the way into the Unit. AND No waiting on elevators either! In Unit 101, the patio opens to the end of the pool, by the BBQ grills, while Unit 109 is on the opposite end, by the Tiki Bar... Units are super convenient, especially if making food or beverages to take to the beach, heehee...

Of course, if you are looking for a View, you might want #1107 (Tiled floors throughout AND a large balcony). Keeping in mind that #208 or #304 are low enough to holler at your kids, from the balcony and call them for dinner, lol....while being up, high enough for a Great View too.
Something else to keep in mind is that I treat each of my Units as I would my own home. I try to outfit each with Crockpots, Silverware, Blender, Pizza Pans, Cookie sheets, Spices, Keurig (K-cup) Coffee Makers, etc...(yes, I like to cook, haha), Insta-pot and Air-fryer I want you to have the same comfort, that you would in your own home. I have also installed cable and free Internet access in each of my units.
Pets are allowed, 25lbs or less, $100 FEE, PER PET, limit 2.
The COA also requires a $25 fee for a leash sleeve that you may obtain when you pre-register before your arrival date.
Please register online BEFORE ARRIVAL by visiting grandpanamacoa.com website. Click the Guest registration in the upper left corner of the page, and follow the prompts. This will expedite the Lobby check-in. Upon arrival, check in at the Lobby desk, located at the bottom of tower 2, under the parking deck.  It is easiest to pull beachside to unload, THEN proceed to Tower 2 across the street, and get your parking pass and wristbands (The $55 fee includes your first parking pass), an additional pass may be purchased for $35. The address for your GPS is 11807 Front Beach Rd.., PCB, FL, 32407. Check-in is at 4 pm, and Check-out is 10 am SHARP.  Please bear with housekeeping, especially on Sat/Sun. because most Units are booked back-to-back with only a 6-hour window to prepare the Unit for yourself.  The front desk will give you your packet upon arrival.

Policies and Fees

Located on the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews Bay in Panama City Beach, Florida, Grand Panama is situated along twenty-seven miles of sugar-white sand beaches and emerald waters—the ultimate setting for a getaway. We have designed our policies to ensure that we consistently meet our guests’ expectations.

Parking: There is a one-time fee of $55, which includes your first parking pass. An additional pass may be obtained for $35. You can register online and pay up front at Grandpanamacoa.com.

Age Restriction
To reserve a room at Grand Panama, our policy requires guests to be at least 25 years of age. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request.

Check-in Checkout
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. A $150 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. sharp.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
No refunds. If you cancel 45 days out, I will apply you paid rent to another suitable date in the future.

Hurricane Policy
Grand Panama Beach Resort will provide a full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation for the Panama City Beach area is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. As a rental resort, does Grand Panama provide sheets, towels, pillows, and other linens, or do we need to bring our own?
A. You do not need to bring a bed, bath, or kitchen linens. We provide a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as linens for the sleeper sofa. Your unit will also have enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, along with hand and dish towels for the kitchen. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, SO PLEASE BRING THEM!

Q. If we are renting just for the weekend, can we use the dishes and cooking supplies?
A. Whether you are renting for one night or an entire season, Grand Panama offers all of our guests the same room and property amenities. We encourage you to make use of everything!

Q. What is the age requirement to rent a unit at the Grand Panama Beach Resort?
A. At least one person in your group must be 25 or older. Individual cases are considered for those not yet, 25.

Q. If we check out early, will we receive a credit or refund?
A. Once you have checked in, you will not receive a credit or refund for any unused portion of your Panama City Beach vacation.

Q. Do you offer airport pick-up?
A. Airport transportation is available from Sunshine Shuttle.

Q. Do you offer daily maid service?
A. While daily maid service can be ordered, it is not part of our ordinary service. Instead, guests are provided with towels and linens that should accommodate their stay. Each unit also has a washer/dryer, which can be used for personal items as well as towels and linens. Bring detergent and dryer sheets.
