Luxury Oasis in Northwest Calgary. Beautifully renovated and upgraded house in Brentwood. Entire upper level with private entry and central air conditioning. The laundry room (washer and dryer) is shared with the basement suite resident. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front patio with mountain and park view, backyard with multi-level deck, artificial turf and a natural gas BBQ. A quiet street across from Brenner Park's playground and ball field, steps from Nose Hill Park and major roads.

We are available in person, through the booking app or by phone. Let us know your preference.

Nestled in a very quiet and convenient street, across from Brenner Park, a playground and a baseball field, steps from Nose Hill Park with easy access to major roads and highways to Downtown, Banff National Park and Jasper! Lots of shops & restaurants are within a short walking distance.

This is an upper level of a home, there will be occupants with a secure entrance living in the basement suite.

The laundry room is “shared” with the tenants in the basement and is located in a common area.

The back door to the backyard is also considered as shared. This door is the tenants entry to their unit. Your unit has a door that locks from your side to ensure you have a secure unit.

Laundry is in a common area and the washer and dryer are shared with the basement suite resident, so plan laundry times accordingly.

New renovations features beautiful porcelain and hardwood flooring, welcoming foyer, large sundrenching living room & dining room with floor/ceiling windows and double-sided gas fireplace, large nook, fully renovated kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances, primary bedroom with spacious walk-in closet and renovated bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms and a renovated 4-peice bathroom.

This place offers high-speed internet, TV services with Netflix etc and comfortable beds, lots of free parking space and great outdoor spaces for you and your families to enjoy!

It is a well loved home and carefully managed by the owner. Not suitable for parties or gatherings.

An amazing and beautiful place, with superior amenities. A quiet location, but with easy access to main routes. Duncan, the host, was very easy to contact and responsive to any questions we had. This is certainly a place I would return to anytime I was back in Calgary.

Beautiful property. Comfy beds. Quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful kitchen. Exactly as listed. The only negative I could think of is the piano is a little out of tune and the C5 key sticks!

The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of room for cooking. Centrally located, perfect location for our needs. We would rent again, for sure. Thank you

Excellent Home Away from Home

This was a wonderful place to stay. Super clean, quick responses from the property manager, and it was wonderful having a backyard and BBQ to use throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

The home was clean and we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. I had a minor issue with snow not being cleared but the host immediately had someone clear the snow in a matter of hours.

This is an excellent property to stay at. It had everything required for a relaxing time. Keeping in mind the need to drive to most tourist-oriented venues, there were several restaurants within an easy 5-10 minute walking distance as well as a decent strip mall including a Walmart Supercenter nearby for groceries and other items if needed. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The shared space is not an issue as the soundproofing between levels was very effective. Everything looked and felt new. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Great furniture and comfortable beds. Very clean and thoughtful owner. I left an expensive item and he immediately called to remind me. Very appreciative of our nights there. Tenants in the basement were also very kind!

Peaceful Haven

My daughter and I loved staying at this beautiful and comfortable home! It is immaculately clean ,located in a peaceful neighborhood , and is walking distance to shops and transit. We felt right at home and did not want to leave. We cannot wait to visit again. The management exceeded my expectations. The staff were quick to answer any concerns/questions I had. I felt safe staying at the property.

I stayed there in July for 2 weeks. I have a few thoughts here. First of all, the place was clean and well kept. Check in and check out process was easy. Second, this is the upstairs of 2 units and the owner actually stayed downstairs. She told me that was a requirement of the City of Calgary that the owners stayed on property while renting the other unit out. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but not the norm. Third, on one of those nights at 2am, all the smoke detectors went off. It woke all of us up and it kept on going every 20-30 minutes. After the second time, we disconnected them and had to go downstairs to show the owners how to turn them off. The smoke detectors in her unit went on 3 more times till 5am. It was a horrible night and experience. Yeah also didn’t help that the next day we had an early tour to Banff. Our entire parties was tired and cranky to say the least. I spoke to her that night, and she told me one of the smoke detectors in her unit had a false alarm that triggered all the smoke alarms to go off for both units. Not a good experience. She did compensate me CAD200 which is less than 5% of what I paid. Lastly, the air conditioner is located right next to a bedroom and it’s real loud while it’s on. We had to turned it off at night in order to sleep. Overall, the experience was just OK. Like every listing, the pictures looks better than the actual unit. Buyers beware.

We traveled to Calgary to spend time with family. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Overall we enjoyed our stay
