Overall good house, did everything I needed the house to do. The beds were comfortable, hot tub was great, Very spacious house. Not much to complain about.

Great place!

Our Board met here for our non-profit and we really enjoyed it. Views are amazing, and it's a nice location. I'd use again!

Host and communication were excellent. House was nice and room. A few small issues, but great location with views and easy access to local amenities and I-70.

Amazing place!

The house was perfect for our large family vacation! Located close to nice restaurants and other entertainment options. Highly recommended!

Great for large group

This house was awesome for our group of 12. The table is large, hot tub so convenient, and plenty of rooms/ beds!

Perfect place for team of 11

Everything was great. Perfect location with easy access to Loveland, Keystone, Breck, Copper and Vail.

Perfect Christmas!

This property was incredibly spacious, well equipped, and cozy. We had four couples and two babies and everyone had their own area. The amount of seating in both living rooms and dining rooms was ideal. We loved being 30 minutes from both Breck and Vail, with plenty of parking at the property. This is a great place!

Christmas 2024

The good parts were backing up to National Forest and the trails there, the sauna and hot tub. It was very clean! Loved the large table where we could all sit together. But the property was totally not worth 2000/night. The dishwasher didn’t work, the stove controls were 100% unlabeled. At night the hot water heat made a plinking sound for several minutes each half hour, disturbing a senior and a child in the 2 basement bedrooms. The cookware was all non-stick microplastic yuck, and the glassware was 100% worn plastic. For that price I expect nice glassware or jelly jars at least.

This property has a lot of great things - ample bedrooms and bathrooms, good location, great views. Hot tub and sauna were great. However, it needs some serious maintenance. Bathrooms are old and dingy, one was updated but the shower leaked everywhere. Wiring on bathroom fans was wrong, mold, dead mouse stain on pantry floor, all but 2 tvs would not connect so could not be used, base board heaters had the bad covers and would be a huge hazard in the winter, deck had a very low sagging spot - like a truss was broken. Washing machine had buttons that wouldn’t work, ceiling in laundry room was falling down and there had clearly been significant water damage. The list goes on and on. So much potential here. But it needs some serious help. Definitely not worth the price in the condition it’s in. Would not recommend this property in its current state.
