Place was clean and comfortable. Location was good, close to the old downtown with restaurants. I appreciated that the host responded quickly to any questions I had. I would stay here again.

The house was absolutely adorable, so cozy, beautifully decorated, and incredibly clean. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable.We truly enjoyed our time there and felt right at home the entire stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house was lovely. It had the charm of an older home but was completely renovated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the whole house was spotless. The location was great for us. The town square is within walking distance. The hosts communicated in a timely manner and were friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we are in McDonough.

Cozy getaway

This place is quaint and well kept. You can tell it's an older house with a dope remodel and we loved it. Very roomy, all new appliances, although we could not get the oven to really work, could be a user error, not sure, but we made due, no biggie. The host was very communicative overall. He gave us instructions on how to work the oven but it just didn't pan out for us. At the end of the stay we were invaded by ants in the kitchen. I didn't alert the host, there was ant spray in the closet so it must be a thing and again, it happens, no big deal. Overall enjoyed our stay, we were visiting family and would rebook again.

Wedding Weekend

A bride and her maids stayed here and the location was perfect. The wedding and rehearsal dinner were right downtown. We loved the cottage!!! I highly recommend.

This little cottage is absolutely adorable. We each had our own room & totally enjoyed that beautiful screened in porch.

A very nice place to stay

This cottage is in a wonderful location for shopping, but it is on a very busy street and can be noisy throughout the day, including at night. It is very clean and comfortable, very well kept. One minor detail - I would suggest leaving the looseleaf book containing info about the cottage on the dining room table where it is visible to guests. It took us a couple of days to realize it was in the rack on the wall behind some brochures. All in all, a great place to stay and we enjoyed it.

Clean and comfortable

Ten stars, would absolutley stay here again! One of the cleanest properties i have ever stayed at! No bugs, which is hard to do in the south. Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The furniture was sturdy and minimal decor meant it was a great place for the kids. The kitchen had all we needed to make a couple of meals. The space felt homey! One game for older kids, no other toys and no hot tub that are both in the listing. The house is on a busy street but we had no problem getting in our out of the driveway. My sisters noticed the noise more than I did. Yard is not fenced but with the adults to supervise there was space to play in the back yard. Plenty of towels on washcloths! There were paper towels and soaps for the bathroom and kitchen that are often lacking in other rentals. The screened in porch was a great way to get some fresh air when the weather was less than perfect.
