Quiet neighborhood in small town of Oakland, TN. We’re only 20 minutes from Memphis, TN, Somerville, TN, and only 10 minutes to interstate 40 and 30 minutes from Blue Oval Ford plant. Oakland TN is on Highway 64. You will need a vehicle or you can use Uber, etc. to get around. The house is open and spacious with nice backyard to sit back and relax.

If I could give this rental 10 stars I would! The host goes above and beyond to meet your needs and is so thoughtful. The house is roomy, very clean, well stocked, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I cannot thank our host enough for his kindness.

Lovely home and well provisioned for us. We only needed food. It has a very large backyard with toddler play equipment that my grandsons loved. Ronnie even had donuts waiting for us. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect home base for a wedding

Great place to stay, roomy, and welcoming

Excellent entry instructions, welcoming on white board, and doughnuts upon arrival (nice touch). Nice area, safe, and the house was roomy with everything you need.

Baby Shower

Family in town for my granddaughter’s baby shower in Somerville. The place was very cozy and well kept. Nice area of town as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

Best VRBO we have stayed in. Very clean and very comfortable home. Outfitted very well. Property manager very easy to communicate with. This is the way a VRBO should be. Even left donuts for us to enjoy when we arrived.

This is a fantastic house in a great neighborhood in Oakland. We were visiting family who live in Oakland and this place is absolutely perfect. We will be back!!!

Quiet, Peaceful, Perfect

This home was the perfect place for our time in Oakland. It's close to shopping & other things the small town has to offer. Ronnie was a responsive host & even had the house decorated for Christmas since our stay was over the holiday. We had 5 adults & 2 kids in our group and the home was great for us to all be together or do our own thing for a while. We will definitely stay here for our next trip to Oakland.

Family Reunion

My grand daughter and husband and great grandchildren stayed here while we were having our family reunion. The home is lovely and accomadating. The hosts were fabulous -- the made a sign for my great grand daughter's 16th birthday and had a cake for her and ice cream. What a lovely surprise. The kids were thrilled. Lovely backyard also.

Seeing Logan

The property is just as advertised. Beautiful. Suited the needs of our family. I enjoyed the jetted tub. The hosts were great, checking to see if we needed anything. Very welcoming. Will definitely book again when we come back down to Tennessee.

Holiday visit

We were visiting family in the Memphis area for the holiday weekend and needed some extra space to accommodate our group. We found Ronnie‘s house on VRBO and it was perfect. The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The house itself was super clean and furnished to perfect perfection for our group. Ronnie was an extremely helpful host and very responsive to any questions that came up. I would definitely recommend it and we plan to stay there again on future trips through Memphis.
