Perfect location to be close to our student at CMU but not be in the crowds of family weekend. The house is full of everything you could want. Communication with the host is quick and very smooth.

We were in town for CMU Spring Carnival and the location was great, close to campus and my daughter's apartment in Squirrel Hill. Plenty of parking and it had everything we needed.

Its a wonderful place in a great neighborhood. There are a lot of local restaurants around. It's conveniently located close to the city and the various colleges in the area. The house was very clean, and it was set up for our comfort. The host was very good with communication. They reached out to make sure we were comfortable during our stay and to ask if we needed anything. I cant recommend this place enough.

Very convenient, clean townhouse in Greenfield. Nice to have the outdoor space. Comfortable beds. Perfect for our visit to nearby relatives and easy to get to attractions. Nice neighborhood. Would love to return.

Great stay!

Exactly what you see in the listing and check in /out was super easy! Absolutely a breeze to talk with the hosts and even gave us the option to check in early if needed too. Would stay there again if we come back to Pittsburgh for another event

Pitt Visit

Property was in the perfect location for visiting our daughter at the University of Pittsburgh. Parking was convenient and the house was stocked and well maintained. We have stayed here on previous visits.

Clean place with a lot of space

Place appear to be very spacious. It was clean and restocked. We enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend.

Easy, comfortable stay

We were in town for an Artist Book Fair at the Carnegie Museum and this was a perfect crash pad after long days of driving and selling art! The museum area is super accessible and the drive so lovely through Schenley Park. Thank you for everything!

Pitt visit

Great location for a visit to Pitt to see our daughter’s dance performance. Such an easy drive to the campus. The property had easy parking and was well equipped!

Great weekend!

Townhouse was perfect for our trip. It was clean, everything we needed was provided, checkin process was easy. This is a standard Pittsburgh home meaning steep stairs as owner stated. Everything was as described.

Pittsburgh's Best

Beautiful spacious townhouse tastefully decorated and very clean with everything needed for your stay and bonus basket of goodies! Great neighborhood within walking distance to Phipps Botanical and Schenley park and just short drive to the Strip and all downtown Pittsburgh has to offer. Charming quiet neighborhood! Highly recommend!

It was a girls trip to travel to Pittsburgh for Pittsburgh Steelers game. The location worked great for us because it was only about a 20 minute drive to the game. The house was clean and comfortable, we love the house. The only thing that would keep us from staying there again would be the parking. The parking in front of the house was always packed, and the charger that we drove was unable to get into the parking spot in the back. We had to use a neighbor’s parking spot across the street.

I stayed at the Deely St. property with my spouse and 2 friends. We all agreed that the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and some nice extra blankets. The towels were plush and lovely!The kitchen was great with everything we needed to feel at home for a short trip! There was a cute basket with things like toothbrushes and deodorant you might have forgotten and quick snacks. There was also water in the fridge for us. So many nice touches!!The stairs in and to the home are quite steep, so maybe not the best spot for folks who might have trouble with those.Everything was very tidy and clean.While street parking in front of the property was hard to come by, there was plenty on the side road just a few feet down. The gravel parking was a bit difficult to use with a large vehicle, but the street parking ended up being easier anyways.The location of the home is also fantastic. Just a few blocks to Giant Eagle (grocery store) and some cute shops and a short drive to Oakland, Squirrel Hill, & downtown. The owners were great to work with and very communicative. I would recommend this home for a great stay and would gladly stay here again!

Just what I needed

The townhouse was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed. It's a typical Pittsburgh home. Very quiet neighborhood. I felt completely comfortable and safe there. The stairs were steep and short, but that is also typical. Being over 65, my friend and I just had to take them slowly. But it wasn't a problem. The hosts were excellent to work with and answered all questions promptly. I plan on staying there again in the future when visiting my son and DIL.
