Handicapped accessible it features an entry ramp, extra wide doors , a main bath with a low threshold shower with bars, and a full bath down stairs also with bars. An electric stairlift chair makes the entire home and downstairs patio and fire pit accessible to all.

Lots of parking and a circle drive make an easy entry and exit for folks hauling boats or trailers and RV's.

Upstairs features a modern farmhouse style with two bedrooms. Downstairs features “The Barn” with entertainment and two more bedrooms with a “bunk house” for the kids. Foosball, table shuffleboard, Smart ROKU TV’s and Blu-ray Dvd players upstairs and downstairs, an outdoor fire pit, corn hole and other outdoor and indoor games plus lots of room inside and out give everybody what they want. The White River just below BullShoals Dam features world class premier trout fishing. You are also in easy driving distance of popular Branson attractions, such as Silver Dollar City and the Branson Landing. If you’re looking to get on the water, Theodosia Marina can be reached in minutes!
