We arrived around 130pm and they allowed us to check in early which was wonderful. The rooms were super clean and the staff was very nice. Koral was especially helpful with where to eat and took care of our luggage while we walked around before our flight. We came in one day soaking wet from the rain and the staff provided us towels, laundry bags and told us how we could dry our clothing. . It was a good experience. The breakfast staff was very kind as well.

Great place for my purposes, close to the convention center, spacious, clean, and everything worked great! As a VRBO it was slightly confusing because it was really just a suites hotel, which is fine, but it confused me a bit. I had no issues here and it was a great value!!

Room and building cleanliness wa good. Bed comfortable. Pool could use a little cleaning. Staff friendly. Only drawbacks, parking was very expensive and the shower head in the bathroom was about 80% clogged. Shower was very poor.
