Imagine a quaint 4 room suite including seating area. Since we are a Wellness Spa, our guests receive complimentary use of our Sauna, Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Room, and fruit-infused water and herbal tea daily. We have a Cafe for meals and organic smoothies as well as Yoga Classes and Spa Services that you are welcome to purchase to further enhance your stay. (Massage, Facial, Laser Hair Removal, Body Contouring, Hydrotherapy treatments and more. Our convenient location is close to Dulles Towne Center Mall, Dulles Airport, and One Loudoun which is full of shops and restaurants. There are two movie theaters, Top Golf, Indoor Skydiving, Nightlife, and even a Lake Walking Trail nearby. During your visit with us, you have the choice to relax with our spa services and shut out the world, or experience a night on the town. It's your choice. We hope to see you soon. Nice Private space

While it might seem a little odd to stay above a medi spa in an office type building the space was lovely. Very clean. Big spacious rooms with beautiful bathrooms. A small common area that we could watch tv and hang out. Everyone we encountered was very nice.

Very unusual set up

This is not a house/hotel/condo it is an OFFICE Building. This "suite" is on the second floor of an office building.You must enter and walk through the lobby, with parts of a spam on both sides of you . There were men in bathrobes standing in the glass doors of the spa. Upstairs, the suite, had multiple rooms and a "common area". We thought the bunch of us. 1 Grandma/1 couple with 2 kids Aunt and Uncle, could each have a room and enjoy some family time in the common area. It was really a waiting room, then we found out we didn't have the 4 rooms we booked, we only had 3 and a random person would be in the fourth. The manager offered to but us up in a Marriott, but the point was to stay together. After dropping our bags, we went to dinner, upon returning there was a loud class going, right next to our room. Tried to give the kids a shower to get them to bed, no hot water. One TV from the 3 rooms didn't work. When calling the manager, she would hand to phone to someone else, and we were told they might be there in 25-30 minutes to "fix" the hot water. We left

Relaxing girl-friend weekend

Had a lovely and restful weekend at the Aria spa. We had access to spa amenities, and the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Relaxing getaway

Excellent communication with the property manager. Calm location/neighbourhood. Clean/nice room. Recommend this property if you need peace and relaxation.

Relaxing stay

Raychelle and the entire team was extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful! Would definitely recommend their accommodations to anyone in the area :)
