Lake Whistler Beach House with lakefront pool

Enjoy the entire yard and non-public lake with a private beach which offers you fishing and water sports . Paddle boards/Kayaks at no cost to our guests. We allow 1 night booking only for big events (please message for more details).

The main house has a pool table, air hockey and live darts! We have a BBQ (included in rental), 4 TV's, live streaming TV (Sling), Internet, movie library, washer/dryer, Pool and pool Jacuzzi. There is small fenced back yard for pets (pet fee required). The home is about 30-40 mins from Disney Parks, 30-40 mins from Vineland premium outlets, 30 mins from Legoland, and 5 mins from Lake Myrtle Sports Park. (Hablamos Español).

The home has 3 units each with their own independent entrances and do not communicate with each other. The main home is where guests will stay. Management resides in the other 2 units to provide constant service to the property and assist guests when required. Management is not there to oversee your activities. The garage is between the main home and the other units providing ample private space for renters. Nothing is shared on the property. Renters have their own entrance, internet, SLING access, AC, and parking.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake Whistler Beach House. The property is beautiful, the house was spotless and generously stocked, and the host was extremely helpful.

This was one of my favorite houses we have rented!! It was just wonderful! The host was above and beyond helpful and so quick to respond! The house was beautiful, clean, and so spacious! It was perfect!

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay here, the host was very accommodating and responsive. There was so much to do in and outside the house. The house was very clean, and had every amenity we needed. We will be back!

Thank you to Jonathan for a wonderful stay at his gorgeous property! We held a wedding for our daughter here. Everyone that attended couldn’t believe how beautiful the property was. Jonathan was so helpful and kind. The property is great with room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the arcade too. Thank you to Jonathan for making this weekend perfect!!!!

Beautiful rental in Auburndale

I can’t say enough good things about this house! The pictures do not do this house justice. It is spacious and well equipped. The fenced area for our dogs was perfect. We spent so much time on the back porch enjoying the view. The owners were awesome and have stocked the house so well. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed!

A weekend to celebrate my Moms life and the property was perfect for our family to gather and eat all her favorite dishes, reminisce, and have some much needed time together! The large space for entertaining and hanging out was the best we could ask for — and the parking for the family lunch after the funeral was easy. I would most definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it for local families or groups to rent for gatherings. The hosts were super friendly and thoughtful given the circumstances of our stay.

This property was like a dream. Big, gorgeous, comfortable, homey, many activities for all ages. The kitchen is perfect and stocked with all items you need to cook every meal. The bathrooms are well stocked as well with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extras like q-tips, loofas, makeup cleanser pads, toothbrushes. Anything you can think of, was there. The linens smelled so fresh and there are plenty for bath and pool use. The neighborhood is so quiet. You could hear all the wildlife surrounding you. Waking up to the views was my favorite. It is so beautiful. We used the whirlpool hot tub alot and it was fantastic!I want to give a shout out to the Rodriguez family for the excellent attention to details and hospitality. There was ALWAYS someone to help, but you never really saw them. Which NEVER felt intrusive at all. Our family will contemplate an annual visit to Lake Whistler for the relaxation and comfy feel.

Florida vacation

We had a group of 6 people all over the age of 55 stay at the property for 12 days. The property itself is very large so you don’t feel crowded at all. The house is right on a very peaceful private lake.The house itself is also very large with lots of things to do. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need for cooking meals.The house is very clean and the hosts provide anything you might have forgotten to bring on the trip.The owner is extremely efficient in communicating with you if you have questions.There is a dollar general about 2 miles from the house and they have basics if you need anything and there are restaurants and a Publix grocery only a few minutes from the house.Overall we had a very nice experience and would recommend this property especially if you have children. Lots for them to do at the property. Also the property is close to Orlando so if Disney is on your agenda I think this property would be a good staging area for your trip.

A Weekend to Remember

I looked all up and down Florida looking for a particular type of rental for a great weekend with family and friends. I found this one. I thought this could be perfect if everything pans out. From what I expected to what I got, is night and day… This place was amazing and even better than the photos that were provided. We brought stuff to prepare, but they already had things there to accommodate the traveling experience that most people will have. The proprietors checked in and responded to contact messages I had in a timely manner. We participated in a lot of the activities that kept us on property without even realizing it, while the stores were only like five minutes away. I will definitely be returning to stay another weekend sometime when our family can get away again. The check-in and checkout times were extended beyond most places and their normal Check in / Check out times. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

This house was better than I even imagined! The owner was easy to communicate with our late arrivals. He even turned on outside lights for us. The game room was excellent! The lake is beautiful! We will definitely come stay at this lake house again in the future!

Thank you for choosing to stay at Lake Whistler Beach House Cody. We wish to better understand why you gave us a 3 star rating and why the home was not a perfect fit for you. You didn't voice any concerns to us during your stay or before your stay when we invited you to tour the property. You thanked me for working with you for all the dogs you and your family brought on the property which was not discussed before your stay. You had a service dog which of course we did not charge for. You claimed that one dog was a military animal which we believe to be untrue. Payment was not made for the 3rd dog. We did not pursue it any further after we messaged you one time regarding the small unpaid fee. We brought up a concern with our trampled flower patch in front of the home and you did not check with your invited visitors to see if anyone had walked through the area. We did not pursue that matter either. We thank you for any insight you may provide. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our guests, which is reflected in the many 5-star reviews we’ve received.

Being able to share some of that serenity is what I really enjoy about hosting.

We moved to Auburndale to be close to family after living abroad for 15 years. We were fortunate enough to be able to find this home through some friends of the family. We have been running our successful vacation rental which has many 5 star reviews ever since we have arrived.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our property has over 100 reviews on other another rental platform and our attention to cleaning and to notch service provides a comfortable living area where you can sleep peacefully and relax. Also the culmination of sounds from birds, owls, lake water flowing, wind blowing through the century old oak trees is relaxing enough to put you to sleep at any hour of the day. Of course if you don't feel like relaxing we are not that far from theme parks and shopping! That is what truly sets us apart from hotels and other vacation rentals.
