Great stay

We had the best time at Tipsy Bear Cabin celebrating our daughter’s 15th birthday with her friends! The cabin was absolutely perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and have fun. The girls especially loved the bunk room, hot tub, and all the fun amenities! Thank you!

Great cabin for our entire family

Excellent bedrooms and kitchen. Patio/Deck area is amazing. Can’t say enough about the swim spa and hot tub as well.

The house was so much more than we expected!

We had 12 adults (6 couples) stay here and it was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, the rooms were great, and the scenery was amazing. The hot tub fit all of us comfortably, and we had so much fun with the shuffleboard. The rental company was also awesome to work with—we had a quick Wi-Fi question and they responded immediately. We had an incredible time and would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking Views

This cabin was exactly like the pictures and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed ourselves. I hate that so many canceled, but those who came were pampered and left feeling refreshed. Judy was responsive and I highly recommend her as a host!

Perfect Cabin for a Multigenerational Family Getaway!

We had a group of 18 family members spanning four generations, and this cabin was absolutely perfect for our stay! The layout was ideal, four king size bedrooms gave all the adults and families with young children plenty of comfortable space, while the loft and bunk room were a hit with the older kids. The five bathrooms made mornings and evenings smooth and stress-free, even with a big group. The hot tub and pool spa were a favorite for everyone relaxing, fun, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of family time. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed and had all the amenities to make it feel like home. Honestly, we didn’t feel the need to leave the property at all! It had everything we could want for a relaxing and memorable family trip. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. Highly recommend for any large group or multigenerational family looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

Amazing house in a great location!!

We have stayed at a number of vacation home rentals and this one was at the top of our list of favorites! The house is beautiful and the layout is perfect. We had two families and had plenty of space. Having FOUR master suites and two additional areas for the kids with bunks was perfect. We all loved the hot tub and the heated swim tub. The outdoor seating on the deck allowed for everyone to spread out or gather together depending on what we were doing each night. We also loved the fire pit and the privacy as this house is on the corner with no immediate neighbors. There is an amazing view from the front that allowed for postcard worthy pictures. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive away also. Definitely recommend this home.

Spectacular views good location

Lots of amenities at the house- games, swim spa, pool table, arcade games, fire pit, porch swing, and beautiful views. The communication is excellent- they sent a link with all the information about the house and area- even the lady bug/ Japanese beetle season during our stay. WIFI was good in the house, but is lost walking out the door (we use verizon) Hochatown was really a fun town like 10 minutes away. We went to the Maze, Candy Stores, Meat Market, The VR Cave, Distillery, and lots of shopping. The Grateful Head Pizza was great- just go when they open or it will be a 2-hr wait. Most places even allowed out 10-pound dog if we ate on the patio or held him in the store.Definitely hope to return to play on the lake when it gets warmer.

This place is absolutely breathtaking. Our group of 17 had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Communication with our host from beginning to end was pain free and easy going. I had expectations of going out into the town and exploring, but the peacefulness and relaxation of this cabin made staying in completely worth it!

Our group of 12 (6 adults, 3 teens, 2 toddlers) loved staying at Tipsy Bear. It was fully equipped with everything you would need. There was even a pack-in-play and booster seat for toddlers. Hochatown is close by with many family friendly activities. Our group did the Tiki Boat tour, Maze, zip lining, miniature train ride and safari drive thru. All are recommended! The house comes with 4 king size suites with dedicated bathrooms and 2 bunk rooms each with their own bathroom. We love family time, but having your own space and bathroom is a game changer. The pool spa and hot tub were loved by all and the teens think they are professional ping pong players now. Highly recommend tipsy bear.

We stayed at this property for a family trip and had a wonderful experience. The home was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained, exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked and the backyard felt very peaceful and safe with easy access to ATV trails. Communication with the host was lightning fast and friendly making check in and checkout incredibly smooth. We would absolutely stay here again!
