Large flat with spectacular views. Conveniently located to a market and the beach (although returning you may want to take a taxi lots of stairs back up the hill!). Kitchen is well outfitted. Will definitely return

Wonderful Property

Dina’s apartment was simply wonderful! Very clean place. I appreciated the extra pillows, towels, water, and coffee. I felt right at home and look forward to visiting again next year. Thank you Dina for your kind hospitality 🙂.

Beautiful spot

Lovely stay in a lovely place. And access to the village by footpath / stairs close by. Our planned arrival time was delayed a bit because of flight / rent car, and had to do the check-in by phone. The only thing missing for self-check in is an ability to open the building property's front gate with a code instead of a garage door opener.We'll be back to this stellar spot, and sublime Villefranche!

Spacious modern apartment with beautiful views

The apartment is up to date and modern with beautiful views of Villefranche-sur-Mer and St Jean Cap Ferrat Prior to our arrival I spoke to the owner on the phone. He as able to give me good advice on transportation as well as places to visit and restaurants. the apartment is on a winding hill make a car rental essential since walking to the bus stops is difficult. Free parking in a secure garage :) Check in was confusing. We did not get check in codes etc prior to arrive. We were under the impression that the manager would be there to greet us and get us into the entry gate, parking garage and the apartment. That was not the case and we ended up using Facetime to get instructions. That proved difficult since he does speak some english but we still a language barrier. The kitchen was nice with some Nespresso pods provided. and bottle of wine :) Beds were comfortable & bedrooms spacious with a lot of closet and storage space. The master bath tub needs a grab bar and mat on the bottom of the tub. It is a deep tub and slick esp. since the shower head is in the middle of the tub. Master bath has one plug located in a drawer. Another plug out side the drawer would be nice. The family room furniture was all new and comfortable as well as the deck furniture and dining tables. There were some bugs in the apartment, roly poly, centipedes and small spiders so could use pest control. All in all we enjoyed the apartment and would rent again! Thanks.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits en famille avec nos deux enfants adultes. L'appartement est spacieux, tout les équipements fonctionnent. A noter pour les cuistots : le matériel de cuisine est neuf et de bonne qualité. Le paysage sur lequel donnent les baies vitrées est évidemment l'atout majeur de l'appartement. Il est magnifique et c'est un plaisir de siroter son café le matin en le contemplant.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Das Gebäude ist schon etwas älter, die Wohnung selbst scheint aber frisch renoviert und neu eingerichtet zu sein. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war: großzügige Zimmer, neue Möblierung und eine moderne Küche. Die Schalter für Licht und Rolladen, die Schlösser und Badarmaturen waren für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man konnte sich gut zurechtfinden. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir, morgens den Sonnenaufgang beim Frühstück auf der riesigen Terrasse oder vom Bett aus zu genießen - ein herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht von Villefranche Sur Mer! Wegen der Lage am Hang sollte man idealerweise mit dem Auto (eigene Garage inklusive) anreisen - denn bis hinunter an den Hafen oder zum nächsten Bäcker bzw. zur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es schon ein paar Meter. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Eigentümerin, bei der wir uns auch an dieser Stelle noch einmal für den leckeren Wein zur Begrüßung bedanken! Es war für uns ein toller Urlaub und wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Best Place Biautiful

Hallo Zusammen, wir würden von den netten Empfang und tolle Obstplatte auf dem Tisch sehr überrascht. Dieser Ort ist nun meine lieblingsecke in Süd-Frankreich. Einer von den schönsten Aussichten, den wir jeden Moment erlebt haben. Besonders morgens beim Frühstuck auf der Terasse hat man die ganze Insel Villefranc gesehen. Obwohl die Unterkunft mitte des Paradies lag, trotzdem sehr zentral zu Nizza, Cannes und Monaco. Einfach zu genieße.
