Rest for the Weary

We could not have picked a more perfect home to stay in! We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and three birthdays. We relaxed, had fun and had just an amazing time! Jim and Jessica made sure that our stay was everything that you could hope for. We were sad to leave and can't wait to visit again!

This cabin was the nicest place to date!

We have stayed in the area many times and this was the nicest place to date! The heated pool is actually heated and extremely enjoyable. Very clean house, comfortable bed, a kitchen that is stocked with quality items and views of the Smokies that is fantastic!! It would be a great place to host several families or your kids and grandkids. We will definitely be returning to Phoenix Lodge!!

The host went above and beyond to make sure we were ok!

We booked this cabin for a family get together with our children and grandchildren. When we arrived the weather forecast was calling for snow which was no biggie being that we live in the mountains of WV . However we did not realize the state of Tennesee does not know anything about snow removal! We ended up with about three inches of snow which doesn't seem like alot but when your on top of the mountain and no snow removal guess what... you get snowed in for 3 days or until the sun melts the snow. Thankfully we did gather a few pervisions to keep us from starving. But Jim went above and beyond to make sure we were ok, Jim had extra blankets and water delivered the day before the snow storm just in case we lost power which thankfully we didn't. This cabin had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable the bedrooms were plenty big and the beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked. All things considered we enjoyed spending much needed quality time with each other

The views and pool are incredible!

Cabin looked just as good as the pictures. The views and pool are incredible. The team that hosts the cabin are fantastic and will respond within the hour of messaging. Drinking morning coffee on the deck and watching the scenery is next to none.

Memories to last . . .

Hosts were very gracious and responsive, thank you Jim and Jessica for sharing your wonderful home with us. We enjoyed every minute from our arrival through departure. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of ten. Outside activities were limited due to wind and cold snap but inside was cozy with the fireplaces and heated pool. We found everything needed for cooking Thanksgiving feast in the well appointed kitchen. We definitely want to come back.

Beautiful View, Comfortable and Welcoming Home!

We had a family vacation as my mom remembered the Smoky Mountains fondly from her childhood trips with my grandparents. The rest of us had never been but what a wonderful surprise! Beautiful view, comfortable and welcoming home, and a great time with lots to do in the house!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Lodge. The view was unbelievable as advertised. The lodge was beautifully decorated and had lots of room for all of us. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. Also, to the delight of our 3 yr. old grandson, we saw a bear on the last day of our stay! Jim and Jessica were great hosts. Thanks for sharing your home with us :)

Great Stay

This was a lovely cabin with great views. Everything was just as it was described on the listing. Host was also easy and quick to communicate with. We will definitely return.

Great vacation spot

This place was perfect for our family get away. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. Cabin was very open and spacious. The indoor pool was a hit! Very good communication with hosts/property manager.

Stunning Cabin!

This cabin was STUNNING! The indoor pool was so amazing, all the beds were incredibly comfortable, the living areas were cozy, lots of amenities m, FULLY stacked kitchen, and the hosts were extremely responsive when messaged! The view was beautiful and this is the best cabin I’ve ever stayed at! We will absolutely be back!

Great Cabin! Great hosts!

Great hosts! Would definitely book again! We came during some inclement weather and they were very proactive in making sure we were safe! They were very easy to communicate with and flexible with checking in/out. Would highly recommend!

Pool and hot tub dissappointing

Looked like it still needed work outside. The biggest dissappoi ntment was the pool . We were not told till second day that there was an issue of a leak we were losing water. They did bring water to fill the pool but the pool also had something floating on the top. Also hot tub was dirty or had sand in it. Needed a new top and had foam parts missing for your head. We specifically booked this cabin for the pool and hot tub. Other than that it was a beautiful place 😟

The house was well kept and properly cleaned!

We were very satisfied with the overall experience. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. They were very patient with all of our queries and requests. The house was well kept and properly cleaned, and was a lot to do indoors. On top of that, the views were amazing, and the indoor pool topped it off. Would definitely come back.

The house was spotless!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at the Phoenix Lodge. Jim was very responsive to any questions I had. The house was spotless and just as described. The drive up the first time was a little daunting, but once you do it a couple times it's no big deal. We will hopefully be back!
