Beautiful Home/ Horrible customer service
The home was very beautiful but it was not cleaned very well before we arrived. It was hair left behind in most of the bathrooms. There was standing water under the kitchen sink. It looked as if it had been there for a while because it had a moldy film on top of the water. There was already trash in the trashcan. I never recieved the wine that was supposed to be there when I arrived. I was told I would recieve a voucher through the mail to cover the wine. It's been a month and still nothing. Every time I called, whomever answered couldn't give direct answers.The worst part was the advertised game room, which was the garage. It was extremely hot because there is no air in there, only a fan. The floor wasn't leveled so the pool table wasn't sturdy. The air hockey table didn't work. The pools toys were dry rotted. The house didn't ever cool completely down. The bedrooms upstairs were always hot. I believe the only reason I was told I would get a voucher for the wine was because they wanted a good review. This property needs to do better.
