Luxurious 8 BD/7 BR (sleep 20) will be perfect for multiple families reunion or visiting Disney & Universal Studios Parks. Relax after a day at the theme parks by the private HEATED pool and spa (heating requires an additional fee). The kitchen is fully loaded to make hearty meals. Enjoy breakfast at the outdoor dining area. Play together in the game room.

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars, and overflow parking in some areas of the neighborhood. Parking on the street is allowed in marked areas
***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)
