Birding Retreat

We were two friends from Houston that came to Bird in Sabine Woods and other local areas. Everything was Great! Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We both recommend this property. Tonya was quick to reply also.

Great little getaway

We were looking for a quiet little spot, close to the beach, but off the beaten path, and thats exactly what we got. The house is cozy, the location was great.

Birding Sabine Pass Area

It was a charming place to stay. Nice touches in the décor. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we're birding in the area. .

Motorcycle trip

Was a great place to stay with great host. I stayed for a night did 3 day motorcycle trip stayed a night we loaded up the 3 bikes and headed back to Colorado. Was allowed to park pickup and trailer on edge of property while we rode the Louisiana and Mississippi coast line. I hope to stay here again and do more looking around the area.

Clean and comfortable

My husband, Son and Grandson stayed for a short fishing trip. They all loved the little house very much. Close to the boat ramp, very clean and all the amenities you need for a few days. Will book again for sure! Than you Tonja for sharing your little house!

Birthday vacation

We decided to head to the beach for the weekend and to celebrate my birthday. This was the perfect place to come back to after a long day exploring. It was clean, well taken care of and quiet. I loved sitting on the front steps and drinking my coffee in the morning. I appreciated the host’s communication and all the small amenities that were included, like coffee grounds and filters, and a well stocked kitchen. Thank you again!

Cute getaway

Few minor things between trash not being taken out and full from what I assume to be prior guests. And an empty beer bottle on the back patio. The house was cute. Full kitchen with items to cook. Bed was comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Communication was great and no checkin or out problems.

The only takeaway was a little more detail of instructions of the (Digital door lock) , there was instructions checking in but no details of how to locking the door but eventually I figured it out ,overall 5 star , will recommend to return!! Thank you

Decent

The property was just as listed however we weren’t aware of the immense mosquito population. The property did have fly swatters that came in handy but load up on bug spray before heading out this way. Also the white down comforter was stained which didn’t make for a comfortable sleeping experience, but the owners replied quickly when I reached out via the VRBO app.
