Andy, thanks for your feedback, Wyld restaurant was closed for dinner on January 25th for a private event. There are no other immediate upcoming closures.
The maintenance issue with the spa hot tubs is being resolved. The spa is still open during this time. All outdoor hot tubs are in good working order.
We appreciate you staying with us and value all feedback.

Family ski trip
Wonderful property; ski-in ski-out resort. Our family of three were very comfortable in the apartment. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and had a magnificent view of the mountain.

Mountain Gem
A comfortable and beautifully decorated space. Amazing views of the mountain and pool. This room truly felt like a home away from home. The Ritz is an absolutely wonderful place to visit…delicious food, fun outdoor space and activities. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The attention to detail was outstanding and made our stay memorable.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We had a fabulous experience. We had plenty of room and everything was very clean. They had our room ready early which was very convenient. The staff was kind and always willing to help. We cannot say enough good things. Highly recommended.

Excellent host and stay!
Marcus was extremely responsive and helpful - definitely a top-notch host! We had a very minor issue at check-in which Marcus resolved immediately. The property exactly matched the description. We live in another ski town and this was our first time visiting Beaver Creek, so we enjoyed all of the Ritz amenities, especially après vibe.
