This is a great place to stay. The place is clean and exactly as described in the ad. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The location is close to the University of Arizona and any other destination in and around downtown Tucson. The hosts, Scott and Julie, take diligent care of the property, and they are very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to book this property again during my next trip to Tucson.

Enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Check-in process was smooth as well.

This place met all of my goals for visiting the area with my daughter so she could tour the University of Arizona. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. I enjoyed the outdoor area each day and read my book and enjoyed the sunshine from the quaint shared space between the smaller and larger of the rentals. I would stay here again!

Our host was great to work with. The property was close to my event and it was the perfect size for me stay. Very clean, safe, and alarm system was a nice added security. MUCH better than staying in a hotel.

Everything was perfect. My only suggestion is to get fitted bottom sheet for the bed. It never stayed in place through the night

As a University of Arizona graduate, I have always been enchanted with the Sam Hughes Neighborhood in Tucson. Each home in the area has it's own charming historical character and it is walkable to the University and many close amenities.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The central location allows easy access to all Tucson has to offer and is walkable to the University of Arizona. Our home maintains its historical charm but is fully updated. The backyard is an oasis with vegetation, a large, turfed lawn and lighting.
