Cozy and clean 2 story town home. Whether in town for play or work, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. This town home is packed with amenities to include 2 king size bed, a 55” Roku TV, wireless internet, washer & dryer in place, BBQ grill in our open backyard and free 2 car parking space in the front. The kitchen has all the necessities, appliances, dinnerware, silverware, knives, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, and more.

Guest access
Guests will access the town home door#3 using a smart lock that is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. Guests have complete and exclusive access to 1st and 2nd floor, except the living room storage closet and backyard shed which are locked and off limits.
Parking access: Door# 3's driveway parking space, offers enough room for 2 vehicles and an easy parking with vehicles parked behind the other. Vehicles should not merge into other parking space marked by yellow lines. Please note that our parking spots can only accommodate two vehicles. Kindly avoid parking in our designated guest and tenant spots, as they are reserved. Thank you for your understanding.
Other things to note
★We kindly ask our guests to please do not re-arrange Beds and Furniture’s
★Please no smoking, burning incense & candles, vaping, and using marijuana or illegal drugs inside the home. Smoking areas are back patio or front porch,
★Before Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Be sure to dispose all garbage in any trash bins located in front of townhome.
2. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
★★★★★These simple tasks significantly helps our staff and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.
Luggage drop is considered early check-in. Early check-in and late check-out is a charge of $20 dollars per hour. Host approval is required.
