• All guests are required to read and sign the rental rules before being granted access to the property.
• All visitors must be registered at the front desk and leave an official photo ID.
Unregistered visitors will not be allowed to enter the building.
• Visitors are strictly prohibited from using common areas such as the pool, gym, BBQ area, and other shared amenities.
• Visitor access is not permitted after 10:00 p.m., and all visitors must leave the premises by midnight.
• No visitors may be registered or granted access after 12:00 a.m.
• Failure to comply with community regulations may result in a minimum fine of $100 USD per infraction.
This is the standard penalty; however, more serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate expulsion from the property or legal action, at the sole discretion of Pavilion management.
