Enjoy a Low Rent Apartment Missing Door Locks and TP

Enjoy lots of sirens going down the main road. The apartment complex is part of Alabama's affordable housing projects. We didn't know that before we booked this since we were new to the area. When we got there, there was only one roll of TP and the back sliding door didn't lock. The windows didn't lock. The air conditioning made a loud dripping noise. The host didn't reply to any of our concerns until the day we were checking out. The host uses powerful plug-in scented devices and potpourri to cover the stench. This caused a reaction, so we put them in the closet to minimize the scent. The host is now trying to charge us extra for taking these devices. Neither I nor VRBO support can reach the host to discuss this issue. The beds have plastic sheets under the sheets. The mattresses are thin. Needless to say, we barely slept and considered abandoning this place to go anywhere else for the night.

Not very clean

Very dusty and dirty. Needs a deep clean of ceiling fan and vents. Fridge was dirty inside. Not impressed with whoever cleaned this property.

Convenient Location

Stayed here for a weekend trip with my son to see Kings of Leon at the Orion Amphitheater. The venue was only six minutes away so it was perfect. Many restaurants and fast food chains in the area as well. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Cute!

This is great for families unless you need privacy. The bedroom is open to the living room and the loft is also open. We enjoyed it very much!

Perfect

We came to visit our daughter who goes to school at UAH and it was only 5 minutes away which made it perfect for her to be able to make it to practice and not have to travel far! We also cooked a Thanksgiving dinner here and it was perfect! The space was great and the two full bathrooms was a big plus! We definitely enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again! Our host was very responsive when we needed her!

Just Right for 2 Guests

This loft style apartment was the perfect set up for 2 teammates. The space was small yet spacious. The roommate floorplan with 2 full bathrooms is a great selling point. Comfy beds. It's located near retail stores and restaurants with easy access to the interstate. The neighborhood was quiet. The host, Ms. Kamariya was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely recommend her place or book again if in the area.
