This is a great.place on the Ohio River. Beautiful! Very clean and bright. Big yard for the dog to run (mostly after squirrels). Hot tub was nice and soothing. Front porch great for river watching. highly recommend.

This was a great location for our annual girls getaway. The view of the Ohio River was amazing and we spent most of our time enjoying the river view. The property was clean, comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We were able to have two evening grilled meals and enjoyed the hot tub. Loved the proximity to Maysville and all that town had to offer! Highly recommend.

Jeff and Summer are amazing hosts and this property is beyond dreamy! Wish I could give them 10 stars because we will definitely be staying here again our fav Vrbo yet! Thank you for taking such pride in providing all the things you need to have that at home feel( they have pots,pans, and all the utensils you could need) with a cozy atmosphere and the views, don't even get us started! 5 Stars - As advertised

Great location with great views of the river. The hot tub is one of the best I’ve experienced at a short term rental. Hosts were in touch and friendly in the event there was an issue, but there were none to report. I highly recommend a stay at the River Front Oasis!

What an oasis!

We rented the 'River House' as we called it for our wedding party to get ready at and for friends and family to gather the night before! I cannot speak highly enough on Jeff and Summer! The amount of accommodations that they offered was tremendously appreciated leading up to our stay and during! All of our friends and family loved it and could not believe the beauty ❤️ We door dashed Bob Evans for the morning of the wedding however the house was totally equipped for anything we had in mind to make! The kiddos (adults, too)absolutely loved the play ground- I personally enjoyed the tree swing myself! 😀 The beds were so comfortable I didnt want to leave and each room was equipped with a roku tv with guest mode which was so COOL!! The deck- an outdoor pellet burner that was stocked full with pellets && the hottub- the hottub was a delight and soooo cozy everything was very well spelled out for us for maintaining it during our stay as well! && the BEST for last! The VIEW 😍 I loved that we could see the flood wall in down town maysville and the bridge lit up at night! BREATHTAKING!

Beautiful pet-friendly place right on the river. The house was spotless and well-equipped, especially in the large kitchen. We were there during the extreme heat leading up to the 4th of July and were grateful for the awesome AC. Loved listening to the variety of birds and saw bald eagles and herons during our stay. It was relaxing to watch the river traffic.
