Our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage sits on a beautiful lot surrounded by trees. Our quiet road on the water is perfect for a your morning walk. Hurry home for a glass of wine. Shane offered a beautiful amd charming home for my boys and I to stay in. Shane was very communicative and also offered us a list of places to eat and attractions to see. My boys and I had a relaxing time and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great spot close to the beach. Fire pit and pool were great activities that you don’t often see. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Shane was a great host, excellent responsiveness and proactive communication. The house was well appointed, better than most. Beds wet comfortable, pool was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful. Would love to go back again.

The house was good and communications with Shane was really easy from the start. I texted him during our stay and he answered quickly. Overall, the house was great: complete kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, living room was great and the pool was nice too! The veranda at the front of the house was very pleasant to use too! The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and very fun to walk. We ran into some problems such as a loose shower door and some locks and hangers fell off during our stay, but nothing major. The master bedroom was confy, but some guests told me that the matresses in the other bedrooms were not so confortable and should be changed. Also, those other bedrooms lack furniture to put clothes in. If you don't mind leaving stuff in the luggage, that's fine, but some furniture could be added for easy storage of clothes, etc. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Shane's house and we had a lot of fun visiting the area around Fort Erie, Niagara River, Niagara Falls, Crystal Bay Beach and Nickel Beach.

Very spacious, nice kitchen , plenty of space to sleep 10, very private, nice fire pit, close to stores...the manager was very responsiveabove all, the pool is awesome, we spent most of the day in the pool

Great 4 bedroom house with a pool

Great place! More then enough room for 3 adults and 4 teenagers. Everyone loved the pool and we used it most of the time we were there.

Family Getaway

The cottage was equiped with all the essential items we needed for our trip. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the pool!

Cute cottage

Great cottage in nice quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive and checked in to make sure all was going ok. Loved the outdoor pool and the screened in porch. Great walking trail right out the front door. Made of a nice relaxing getaway.

Girls weekend

This property is great, it is equipped with everything you need. Clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms and no stairs. It was great hanging out by the pool.

Cottage life

Not easy to find a place the whole family can share the accommodations. This place handled parents, offsprings and the springoffs.

Perfection!!

This location is perfect!! You get the beach, a pool, close to the falls and close to Buffalo. We stayed a week and alternated daily between Canada and Buffalo, NY. Close groceries and good food in the area as well. It was just my husband and I along with our pup so we didn’t need all the bedrooms but they were all great!! The house is clean and well appointed.

Family reunion.

The property was clean. We were gone most of the time at the reunion. Pool would have been fun to use if we had time. We enjoyed walking the beach right across the street,

Great Cottage near the Beach

Had a great time with my family. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. Everyone enjoyed the pool and fire pit at night. Everything you need is available for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms as well as a comfortable living room area with TV. Also nearby is the Fort Erie Race Track which we did visit and Niagara falls is not too far away either. Shane the property owner communicated with us to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

Canadian Niagara Falls

Quite Neighborhood 7 Adults easily sleep 10 with couple using the too bunks for 2 younger adults nice clean home only bad thing very minor ice make didn't work but no big deal buy some ice loved this place didn't use the pool but it was late Sept and in the 60s and po was closed but would book this place again

Waverley Beach

This is a great option to be in the Fort Erie area. The house actually has 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is nicely renovated and has everything you need. The bedrooms are clean and lots of linens are supplied. There is an in ground pool which is great. The only disappointment was that pictures show a diving board on the pool however the diving board has been removed and is sitting outside the pool enclosure.

The house was okay. The host said there was a new cleaning company that was recently hired. The new cleaning company did not make sure the dishes were clean, so the dishwasher was packed full of dirty dishes. It was so full of dirty dishes the dishwasher could not even run. I had to take some out to run the dishwasher. The coffee pot had the previous renters coffee grinds which I had to dispose of. I found a couple large clumps of hair on the floors that I threw away. The pool was really dirty and there is no diving board like the picture shows. We did not use the pool, which was part of the reason we booked the place. The hallway bathroom subfloor is rotting out due to the bathtub leaking. The back bedroom bathroom has a really small shower, but it does have great water pressure. Some of the electrical outlets need some attention. The electrical outlet by the desk in the living room comes completely out of the wall and an electrical outlet by the front door does not work at all. The house is older, which we understood when booking, but much was left for desire of cleanliness so I guess this review is for the new cleaning company. We almost left the property after one night but made it work due to the positives of the property. The positives of the property are the beds were comfortable, the screened front porch is nice and the location was accessible to Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Lake Erie and Crystal Beach. The host was very responsive and nice.

As mentioned during your stay, this was the first turnover completed by a new cleaning company, and we immediately came to the property to address your concerns and sent the cleaners back to rectify the issues. Regarding the pool, we had advised prior to your arrival that, due to the unusually cool weather this spring, it had opened later than normal and was not yet ready for swimming. As noted in our listing, the pool is weather dependent. We appreciate you recognizing our responsiveness, the comfortable beds, and the convenient location. Your feedback has helped us ensure these issues have been addressed moving forward.

We are from the Niagara Region, live locally to be of quick access to our guests if needed. We have 3 awesome kids, a dog named Gali and a cat named Nacho. We love boating, volleyball, and bike riding. We decided to rent out our cottage because we weren't able to use it as much as we would like. Seeing how happy our cottage makes others gives us so much joy.

The neighbourhood is one of the nicest in Fort Erie. It is a quiet one way road right on the water. The Friendship Trail is nearby and is very safe. We are 3 minutes from Waverly Beach and 15 minutes from beautiful Crystal Beach.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We have a beautiful sun porch. We love the sit and listen to rain, or cuddle up here with a blanket on those chilly nights. We have a great in ground pool that is fully fenced and surrounded by lush, mature trees.
