Beautiful 3,099 sq ft home situated on 1.65 acres on York Point Road in the Town of Cornwall. Features a 450 sq ft spacious multi-level back deck overlooking an amazing water view of the Charlottetown Harbour.
A peaceful and relaxing property located approximately 5km from shopping and 11kms from the city core of Charlottetown. Your home away from home!
A large front veranda opens into the main entryway with a stunning wide staircase leading to an open concept kitchen/dining/living room area on the top level. All high-end finishes with quartz countertops.
The living room has a 65” TV attached to a floor-to-ceiling tiled propane fireplace. Slider glass doors from the living room open to a large deck overlooking a beautiful water view of the Charlottetown Harbour.
The left side of the top level consists of a 4pc bathroom and two bedrooms (queen and twin) with walk-in closets. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office.
The right side of the top level consists of a queen bedroom and the master king bedroom with a full walk-thru closet adjacent to the ensuite bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, soaker tub and make-up vanity.
The home has A/C powered by 2 heat pumps and a central system.
Access to laundry is available upon request.
A small gym space is available for guest use which is located in the garage.
The bottom level of the house is owner occupied, separated from the top level and not available to guests.
