Come and relax for a beach or golf getaway at your home away from home! Ideal for families and friend groups, this spacious newly updated condo offers comfort and convenience to ALL things Myrtle Beach has to offer. Unwind on the back patio with a cup of coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening.
Located on the 2nd floor, end unit. There is no elevator in the building.
Sleeps 8:
King Bed, Queen Trundle Bed with Full that pulls out, 2 Twin Beds, Queen Sleeper. All Mattresses are brand new in August 2023.
Kitchen: Keurig, Cooking basics, air-fryer, pots and pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, utensils and a few baking essentials.
Living area: Smart TV, Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, towels and linens provided for 8. All linens, including bed quilts are washed between guests.
Check-in is via coded keypad. Please note, we cannot guarantee any late checkouts or early check-ins. You are welcome to check the day before your arrival to see if an early check-in might be available.
Beach access is less than 2 miles away. It's a straight shot down 48th Ave. The beach area is surrounded by homes and no high rises meaning there is less traffic. Or if you are looking for a more lively day, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is a short 15 minute drive away.

PALMETTO COURSE: Featuring spectacular Intracoastal Waterway views, the Palmetto Course has long been one of Myrtle Beach’s most enjoyable layouts. The Edmund Alt design delights players with superb greens complexes, risk-reward decisions and the unforgettable 18th hole.
PINEHILLS COURSE: A creative design renowned for its smooth, fast greens and ability to challenge every part of your game, this Arthur Hills classic delights players with its variety. The always popular layout has been at its best following a greens and bunker renovation project.
Guest access
Parking: One spot per unit. There are extra spots towards the front entrance for a second car. No motorcycles or bikes allowed in spots (HOA rule).
Community Amenities:
- Pool: located right behind the condo. Guests will need a key fob and wristband to get in. If key fobs are misplaced, there is a $50 charge per fob. If wristbands are misplaced, there is a $15 charge per band.

Our condo is Spacious end unit Which adds to the quietness since we don’t have a lot of foot traffic in front of our door. We’re also located right at the top of the second set of stairs. We take pride in our second home and enjoy sharing it with others so you’ll see a lot of personal touches throughout to make you feel like you’re at home.
