Need a family vacation that takes you away from the crowded summer beaches? High Pointe Resort is located in SeaCrest - Rosemary beach area. One of the most convenient and popular locales, yet it is a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Unlike other Condos along this spectacular stretch of the Emerald Coast, The High Pointe Condo complex overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with an enormous 6,500 square foot lagoon pool with island waterfalls, hot tub, kiddie pool, kiddie playground, shuffleboard court, tennis and pickleball courts and Crabby Steve's Bar and Grill (SEASONAL March 1 - October 31) overlooking the Gulf where you can gather with your friends and enjoy a meal or have a drink while watching the beautiful sunsets. With the gigantic pool and large private beach, you won’t have to worry about feeling crowded like at other overpopulated high rise Condos. Our spacious condo is beautifully furnished in a modern setting and each of the three bedrooms has it's own private bathroom. There are two king beds, and two double beds. Each of the bedrooms has a 40" HDTV and Blu-ray player and in addition to the 65" HDTV and Blu-ray Player in the living room. You’ll enjoy the luxury of having a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for any kind of cooking and plenty of dishes and silverware. For the internet fan, there is free high speed wireless internet access. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. The living room opens directly to the lagoon pool and it is a short stroll across the pool to the Gulf and is perfect for keeping an eye on kids and/or a quick, hassle-free dip in the pool or Gulf with the beach chairs, table and umbrella and two bicycles are INCLUDED in the rental rate (SEASONAL March 1 - October 31). There is shopping and dining right across the street from the resort and the quaint shops of Rosemary Beach are only a block away. Book it to join the sun and fun or just relax on your well deserved vacation. We are committed to making our guest accommodations pleasing and comfortable. Perfect!! Great condo, very clean, large living/dining area, well stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms & bathrooms. It was perfect for us (3 couples). Pool was nice, right outside patio doors. Beach was great with 2 chairs & umbrella included. Condo is located in a great place, lots of restaurants and shops to walk to easily. Loved our stay here and would do it again and highly recommend. Owner was super easy to work with, very responsive and accommodating.

Spring Break 2025

Stayed Spring Break 2025. The condo itself was lovely. Unfortunately the entire condo community is undergoing extensive construction which meant very loud and repetitive noise all day long the entire stay. It was a long term construction project so it would have been nice to be warned that it was happening. Dennis was very responsive when the pool was unexpectedly closed for 6 of the 7 days and the location of the condo was great for walking to food and entertainment.

Very nice and convenient to beach and shops/restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much. My only issue is the security group isn’t very pleasant. They are very harsh. And the armband issue is a bit much especially when the rest of the family had armbands on and one may have forgotten in the room. We felt like constant harping and getting on to you. If a few had armbands be a little understanding. Not like we are teenagers trying to break rules.

We had a wonderful time at High Pointe! This unit was exceptionally well located, very clean, and extremely comfortable. It’s literally steps to the pool gate - so convenient with kids. We’re already planning our return trip, and will definitely be looking to stay in this unit again!

Always a favorite!

I have lost count of the number of times we have enjoyed this property and having Dwight as a host. The location is prime and we love High Pointe. The host is fantastic and always responsive. Sometimes that is rare with VRBO.

A favorite property for our family!

We have stayed here many times. Great location, wonderful property owner and comfortable accommodations. The only downside this year was the pool was closed for maintenance/ repair ( although the owner let us know as soon as he was aware) but that was a real disappointment.

Perfect for a girls weekend!

I stayed here with four of my girlfriends and we were blown away by the cleanliness of the property and the beautiful decor throughout the condo. The rooms were spacious and comfortable which we loved! The sectional in the living room was amazing for our movie night and beyond comfy. The location was even better than we expected and it was so nice to have so much within walking distance. We also loved being on the first floor and so close to the pool! The beach front access was also only a few steps further and the beach attendants were very accommodating! We were sad to leave & can’t wait to come back!

Great week!

Convenient location to pool. Loved first floor access. Great area outside patio for small children to toddle. Beach and weather were fabulous. Had a group of 51 spread throughout complex, but met up frequently at pool and beach. Condo well furnished and kitchen well supplied. Fabulous trip. We’d come back.

Best week!

We go to Rosemary area every year for Thanksgiving and I’m so mad we hadn’t found this spot sooner. This place is perfect. The location is ideal, especially if you have kids and have several things tote back and forth to the beach. Dwight responds quickly if you have any questions. We will definitely be back!
