The property was perfect for my visit with my sisters. We were in Yuba City to celebrate our brother's birthday. The pool was lovely especially after a hot day.

We were looking for a tidy home in which to stay that had a pool, a washer and dryer, and a reasonable price. This home checked all of our boxes. It's tastefully decorated without a ton of tchotchkes and Live-Laugh-Love-type trappings commonly found in rentals. If these are your priorities for your stay, then I would unequivocally recommend this home.

This was our first time to use a service like Vrbo. We usually stay in hotels. We are so glad we did. We were able to bring our dog, the host was very friendly and communicative. The hot tub was very nice. I wish we could have changed the temperature but it wasn’t so warm as to be a game changer. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

This place is great if you are looking for a place for your family with a pool and hot tub. The owner Steve is so easy to communicate with and helpful if you need anything. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

The house was very comfortable. Our only complaint was the hall bathroom vent was extremely load and there were a lot of mosquitos in the house.

Very happy with this lovely house.

Perfect place for our get together. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Probably the cleanest vrbo that I have ever stayed in. It had everything that we needed, except that I would have loved a tv in each bedroom. On the minus side, the paintwork in the bathrooms needs a little attention. These are minor issues though because we had a great stay.

Went for Concert at Toyota Amp

Was close enough to get to Toyota Amp with no issues (actually we got there too soon had to wait in car for a bit). Place was clean - Steven was amazing to communicate with. There were a few glitches (nothing major) which he delt with. Pool area was nice (we however didnt swim as we were out and about a lot). We did get wood for fire pit but the day we planned to hang out was a red flag warning so we skipped it. But Back yard is great. just down the street were some shopping areas and a nice mexican place. Also, the chickens and roosters all over (several miles away) was are favorite thing to go check out. If we were to go out to that area again I would look up one of stevens places.

Everything was wonderful. All the perks were wonderful. The only thing you guys need mirrors in the two bedrooms to the left. There's no mirrors in those rooms and it was. It was kind of hard for everybody to get ready
