The Oneonta Experience invites you to enjoy this wonderful small city in a very special way! One block away from downtown has you close to the excitement but not in it. With just a short walk, you can savor the local cuisine and experience the fair, rodeo, and circus (when these events are in town)!

One side of this newly constructed lux duplex is appointed with your comfort in mind, with amenities such as the outdoor tree swing and the 70inch smart tv to watch the big game.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Even though it was for one night we slept great, the accommodations were great and it was a very cozy vibe! My son loved the swing in the back!

Great Place!

This place was great! Very spacious and so clean and new! The owners had many little extra touches that most places we stay don’t have. We would definitely stay here again.

A sweet wedding weekend

This location is simply gorgeous. So very clean, and wonderfully located. The owners are a dream to work with and the sweetest hosts I have ever encountered.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house and nice location. There is a lot of traffic which i was worried about at first but once inside you don't hear it at all.

A time to rest

We came to town for a camp for our children. The place was very nice. The street was busy that it was on so at times it was difficult to get out of the driveway however it was very close to downtown. We were very comfortable.

Home away from home

Perfect for any family of all ages. We will be back and hoping this place is available. Swing outside for kids. Very clean, spacious, and up to date modern amenities. Loved everything about place from welcome message, coffee & snacks, to lotion in bathroom.

This is the 2nd time we stay there. It is like staying at a very nice hotel but better. There was laundry soap there to wash clothes, an iron, ironing table, shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, Kcups, plenty of hangers. The welcome sign is a nice personal touch. There is a swing outside for children. Location is perfect with a Walmart, breakfast place, CVS and an urgent care clinic nearby. I sent a message to the host to notify her that our flight was delayed so we would be very late and she was quick to respond. You will love the Oneonta Experience. We plan on always staying there going forward when we come into town to visit my daughter and her family.

Extremely Nice!

It was easy to book & the information was giving that we needed to enter the home & the whole process was simple! The home is absolutely beautiful with so many accommodations & it’s close to restaurants & shopping! Would highly recommend!

Nice place!

Cute town and clean place. The house smelled like new construction and felt very modern. Walls are a little thin and it is close to the road but it didn't bother us too much! Hostess was nice and had helpful amenities like water bottles and coffee creamer!

Small town

Went for a family wedding. The property was easy to find. Very clean. It would have been nice to have tvs in the bedrooms. Bathrooms very nice. Kitchen was very well appointed.

Great location in town. Easy access. Plenty of room inside the home. Well kept. Exactly as described. Good communication with host. Will stay here again when I am in town and I am recommending to colleagues as well.
