Our first stay at a tiny home was a pleasant one. We stayed a full week. Our host was extremely helpful. Direction to the location was clear. Seldom did we ever see anyone (which was what we were hoping for).We enjoyed sitting on the porch during rainey days. Good, quite get away.

It's a great place to stay, when I visit my family. The host are wonderful. The home was clean and felt like home. There are lots of activities to keep you busy. However, it can also be calm and relaxing.

Cozy home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s such a cute little cozy home away from home! Everything you need to make sure your stay feels welcoming! We enjoyed the beautiful view from the porch! Would love to come stay again!

Wonderful Tiny Country Home

I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was wonderful. It was a total of 5 of us and we fit perfectly. The home was beautiful well kept and had everything you needed in the house. We seen the deers at night. It was a perfect stay and the owners were wonderful. They kept in contact and made sure my stay was going well. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for renting me your beautiful property.

Phenomenal

I loved this place. Clean and quiet. I know this doesn’t matter but our last there I saw Betelgeuse . That was the toppling on the cake. David and Frances are amazing.

Beautiful get away!

The tiny house is immaculate! The owners are very welcoming, available but not intrusive, and quick to respond to any request. The interior is more beautiful than most hotel rooms. And if that were not enough, the price is amazing!! It was a little tight but doable for our friend who is 6’4 and quite large, but perfect for average size folks. Our teenage daughter loved the loft! The view is serene and feels very private. Cannot recommend this and the other VBROs of this owner. We will be back!

Hands down our best rental through VRBO

David and Frances were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and our family. They were very prompt and friendly in all communications. Offered to help us by having a few things there for us since we were coming in late. We were picking our son up from Basic Training and requested a late check out and they allowed us to do that. everything was absolutely perfect and clean! It looked exactly as pictured. 15 minutes from base and walmart! It was perfect! I'd give them a 15 out of 10 and if we ever go back that way we will definitely be renting from them again!

A fantastic place to stay for Auburn graduation

I started looking in November for an affordable and nice place to stay for two nights so we could attend my son’s Auburn graduation. And we came across this cute little home at an affordable price. Even though it was 45 minutes away, the drive was well worth it and beautiful. With so much fraud nowadays , I was leery about booking and paying online, but the hosts responded promptly and made me feel so much better about the whole process. When we arrived, I was overjoyed by the cleanliness and just how adorable this tiny home was. The porch was amazing and the land out front was beautiful. We had plenty of room and it is fully stocked with everything that we needed. We didn’t even turn on the TV because we were just enjoying the atmosphere so much. I highly recommend that you book here and it is perfect. If you have two kids that can stay upstairs in the loft that has two twin beds.! Thank you again for being so wonderful and helping us to enjoy this stressful graduation time!

This excellent tiny house is exactly as advertised. Spotless on arrival, plenty of amenities in the kitchen, comfy bed and mattresses. The unit is on a quiet, grassy lot just a short drive from Phenix City. The roomy living area was a comfortable place for my mom and I to read and take care of some paperwork, perfect table for breakfast together. The kitchen has a little counter, which gave us just enough room to make dinners together. A surprising amount cupboard space for cereal and bagels and snacks and fruit.It gets a little cramped where the refrigerator door faces the bathroom door, but overall I found it to be a pretty reasonable arrangement of space for a tiny house. My mom was very comfortable in the bedroom at the back of the unit, and I stretched my entire 6-foot frame across one of the beds in the loft.A quick word about the climate control: The unit has central air conditioning through floor vents on a thermostat, plus a mini-split mounted near the ceiling in the living room. By balancing the output of the two units, and circulating the air with the ceiling and oscillating fans, both Mom and I were extremely comfortable in the bedroom and loft, respectively, during a 97-degree heat wave.Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The hosts were immediately responsive to my questions. Highly recommend this rental.
