Stunning Views & Great Location in Oceans of Amelia

Spacious two bed/two bath oceanfront condo on Amelia Island with beautiful ocean views. Located in the popular Oceans of Amelia complex, this condo offers a fantastic layout, private complex pool, and convenient beach access.

The quiet Oceans of Amelia complex off Fletcher Avenue is an ideal location on Amelia Island - less than a quarter mile from Main Beach and very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Make the easy 5-minute drive to the Fernandina Beach Historic District and enjoy the charming downtown area with many great shops and dining options.

This condo has a fantastic layout in the main area (kitchen, dining, and living room) and boasts some of the best views on the island from this living space and the private balcony. With very nice updates, it is also well stocked with all the essentials. This is the perfect place for a beach getaway!

It's important to note that parking is limited in this complex and this unit only has one reserved spot. Larger vehicles will fit in the parking space, but are more difficult to maneuver in the parking area. Please inquire for more information and rates. We look forward to hearing from you!

**Please note that access to the shoreline from Oceans of Amelia will require guests to utilize a sand walkover as a county beach protection project is ongoing further south and its pipe is still in place. Please call our office for further details.

Best place to stay on the island!

We stay at oceans of Amelia every time we visit Fernandina. The location is absolutely perfect. And all of the condos always exceeded our expectations.

The location was perfect for our plans (lots of time on the beach and downtown). We did a Monday - Friday stay, so there were no crowds.

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

Our condo was perfect for a week long beach getaway. Perfect view of the ocean, steps from the beach, comfortable living space and a short drive to town and excellent restaurants! This is our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Awesome stay at Oceans of Amelia

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was very clean, roomy, stocked with everything we needed and had an amazing view of the ocean. Access to the beach was a breeze and the pool was a welcome spot to cool off. We really enjoyed the local restaurants and shops in Fernandina Beach.

Great Location!

Just the perfect spot to spend a few days with our twin grandchildren. Beach & pool weren’t crowded whenever we went down. Enjoyed the wonderful view of the ocean. Beautiful sunrises & moonviews... Thanks for another memorable stay at Fernandina Beach.

Beautiful location

My sister and I enjoyed this condo very much. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, lovely view, covered parking and steps away from the beach! It wasn’t crowded or commercialized. Would recommend it!

Peaceful ocean paradise

Oceans of Amelia 211 is a beautiful peaceful condo right on the beach. We loved the condo and the place was spotless. Everything you need is included. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and toys. Can’t wait to go back

Great condo!

We loved the condo! It was right on the beach, clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. The only negative is that the parking lot is very tight. You do get a reserved spot, but it can be tricky getting in and out, especially when large vehicles are parked nearby. Overall, we would stay again!

Great View!

I so enjoyed staring at the ocean every morning and taking a walk along the beach with my morning coffee. The location was excellent – not only for its beach proximity but also for just being a couple of miles away from the town with its wonderful shops and restaurants. It was also very close to Fort Clinch and the Park, Next time I will have to get a bike and ride around there! The unit itself had all of the practical things you would want for the beach and the kitchen had what we needed as well.

☀️ Perfect Location and Views ☀️

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and definitely will not be our last. This condo was perfect location for what we wanted. It was right on the beach and very close to Fort Clinch which we visited each day for my 10 year to fish and to look for sharks teeth. The condo was exactly how it was described. Very clean, organized, and perfect for our small family of 4. My favorite part was sitting and looking out the big windows watching the sun rise and set. We will be booking with Destination Amelia again very soon. We give this place 5 stars!

We absolutely loved the condo.

The views were breathtaking and it was a perfect location. The single complaint that I have is that we thought it odd that we had to take out the trash to the dumpster and wash the towels. It really seems that these duties should have been left to the cleaners.

Best Beach Condo Ever

We loved everything about our condo. The highlights were the beach access, privacy, location, and comfortable furniture! It was like we had a private beach! Because of where the condo is located, we never had a crowd on the beach. The water was amazing, no shark sightings or jellyfish. We were close to everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable. Both the living room and the bedrooms. We will be back! We didn’t want to leave! I loved Amelia Island. Great restaurants, shopping, and not crowded!

Awesome Location and Condo

My wife and I came to Amelia Isl for the first time. The weather was not good and this place saved our vacation. It was cold and raining until we left from our long weekend. This felt like you were the only house on the ocean because you cannot see any other properties. Inside was beautifully decorated and well equipped and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Hopefully we can lay in the sun next time or swim. :)
