Condo on beach. Close to restaurants. Beach was not crowded. Very quiet and relaxing. Will rent again.

Overall okay. Price reflected a beach view but there was no beach view. Master bedroom carpet could use deep cleaning. Closet door in 2nd bed room was off the hinges.For 2 night it was fine.

The condo was beautiful and clean, the privacy was amazing and love the fact the office is on site and their customer service was awesome!! We found our new spot look forward to staying here again!!

Tybee Get Away

Our trip to Tybee was great and the Summerwinds condo was the best! It was very clean and the view was great not to mention in close proximity to the beach! We would surely stay there again!

Great resort with convenient beach access! On site restaurant was pretty good. Garage parking was a little confusing regarding who could utilize the garage/ covered parking. The condo was very cozy, linens were good. Overall the condo was clean but a deep clean of baseboards and slider is needed. Carpet and tile are showing signs wear and tear and may be ready for replacement . Typical wear and tear of a beach property. Front door lock was a little finicky at times and would not always open in the first try. Love that there is a property management office on site for help as needed. Would definitely stay here again!

First time to Tybee couldn't have been any better! The condo was centrally located and was very nice. Communication was great when I had questions before booking and so friendly! And when I wanted to extend our stay, it was taken care of with a quick text! Can't wait to stay again!

Yes, everything was wonderful. The home was clean updated and exactly as listed. Our only complaint was we like to cook and there was not a larger pot to boil water. But the rest of the kitchen was perrfect.Thank you again we truly enjoyed our stay.

Great weekend

Location has nice condos, with pools and beach access. The restaurant on location is nice, and just a short distance from a lot to choose from on Tybee Island. Savannah is just a short drive down the road. Plenty to keep you busy, or just relax in the sun.

Nice Location for Quiet Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this location for a relaxing fall break weekend for our family getaway. The resort had a nice pool and a good selection of food/drinks at the attached restaurant. We could walk to the north beach shops and restaurants easily, and the south beach ones were just a bit further in the opposite direction. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious for the three of us.

Loved our stay at Beachside

That is the only thing I wish we could have been on the ocean front.

We enjoyed not only our stay, but the ability to walk and visit the establishments on the island. We were able to walk the beach every morning and evening at leisurely.
