Guests Access
Garage is not available for guest use.

** BBQ fee - $60.
- Pls request BBQ and pay the fees in full at least 2 days prior to your arrival, so we can set up the BBQ for your group.

** Pet fee - $119 per stay
- We are pet friendly. $119 pet fee per stay will apply.

** Jacuzzi fee - $250 for 1st day including set up, $50/day from 2nd day and beyond. Jacuzzi has to be booked in consecutive days. 9am-9pm every day.
- Pls request Jacuzzi and pay the fees in full at least 2 days prior to your arrival, so we can set up the Jacuzzi for your group.
- Pls keep the jacuzzi clean and don't bring dirt or sand. Additional cleaning or damage may result in extra fees.
- For the sake of guests' safety, pls strictly follow the Hot tub regulations and safety rules in the last 2 photos in the listings while using the Jacuzzi.

House Rules
It is a pleasure offering our beautiful home and quality service to guests! Pls make sure you can follow the house rules below before making reservations. We appreciate you treat our home and neighbors with respect. Thank you!

1. The property is equipped with security cameras outside the house in both front yard and back yard.
2. Pls park your car in the street properly. Garage is not available for guest use.

3. OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS:
(1) Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house.
(2) Any parties, events, large group gathering, loud music or interference.
(3) Unregistered guests.

You will be asked to leave the house immediately without a refund if there is a violation.

4. No lighting candles, aromatherapy or other open fire in the house.
5. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, disease, or loss of luggage or other belongings during your stay.
6. Pls report any property damage on timely manner.
