James and his wife have done an excellent job with this condo. We LOVED our family stay here. The view from the porch is magical, the property and amenities are amazing and we loved being able to walk to town. This place is a gem!

I think the place is overall very well advertised. If I were to make one recommendation I would replace bedding with new linens and pillows. Overall we would stay there again. Communication with James was excellent.

Everything was excellent, property is gorgeous with great access to the beach and to downtown Sandpoint. Only complaint is that the 3rd bedroom is moreso an office than an actual bedroom, with the fold out bed being smaller than the photos make it appear.

The condo was beautiful! It was perfect for our family of four to enjoy our favorite place, Lake Pend Oreille.It was clean, quiet (the trains run by but you can’t hear them inside), and stocked with enough things to make packing light. The view of the lake is breathtaking and the private beach and pool were a big hit with the kids. I would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your space!

A modern Gem in Sandpoint

This condo provided a gorgeous stay in Sandpoint. From the amazing views of the lake to the heated pool it was a perfect stay. The last day was cloudy and about to rain, but the condo had all of our favorite binge worthy shows, which made for some much needed relaxation and time with my wife. James is a top notch host and was more than generous in providing everything we needed or requested. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to sandpoint.

Spacious, well furnished, comfortable with spectacular views of Lake Pend Oreille! Really enjoyed the enclosed terrace. Look for the lakeside path in front of building. Exit the gate and enjoy every step.

Luckily we live in nature's playground so there is always something to do to keep everyone busy. We are big into snow sports, fly fishing, mountain biking, yoga, and all things kidcentric.
