We enjoyed our stay! Very close to the Falls and a quiet safe neighborhood. We walked to most of our activities and didn't have to pay to park!!Check in was quick and efficient. Jay was very responsive to any questions and offered suggestions. The room was very clean. Bathroom is beautiful and efficient. Kitchenette is minimal and met our needs as we had planned to eat out.

Comfortable Accommodation

Great Stay!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. Very cute and very clean. Would stay again! Jay was a great host and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

Excellent location and our host was very helpful and responsive to any issues (brief power cut)

Fitted the bill perfectly for the 2 of us. Excellent location in quiet neighbourhood but close to the Falls etc

Relaxing and neat

It is very quiet and welcoming. Just right for 2 people. Looked and smelled great. It was inviting, and cozy home away from home.

Perfect location!

Owner gave excellent instructions, making parking and entering property easy. It was an easy walk to the Falls and the Rainbow Bridge.

New Year's at Niagara

We had a fantastic time. Jay was a wonderful host, and the location was fantastic! A short 15 minute walk to be right where all the action is, but a quiet peaceful place to come back to, away from the crowds. Must see the fireworks over the falls!

Excellent Property

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood and about 10 minute walk, if that, to all the major Niagara attractions. My wife and I walked almost everywhere we wanted to go to. The downtown Niagara area, also close by, is a great place to eat off the tourist path.

Awesome experience!

We very much enjoyed our trip, and if we were to do this again we would choose Jay’s again. We were fairly close to all of the activities we wanted to do and did a bit of exploring as well. Thank you Jay! We appreciate everything!

Cozy getaway in Niagara Falls

Fantastic location, easily walkable to the Falls. We walked everywhere and felt very safe at all times. Very quiet neighborhood, studio space, comfy bed, bathroom is small but sufficient. Jay was a wonderful host, making sure we got in without issues. He met us upon arrival and provided directions and answered all our questions. Thank you, Jay!

Would definitely recommend

Upon arrival the first thing i noticed was how clean the location was. Everything was profided, even some juice and water in the mini fridge :) the location was great! Close to walk most places, but also away from the hussle and bussle. I had such a great time enjoying the sites and beautiful falls. It was quiet and relaxing 😌 i would definitely recommend this location to friends and damiky. Thank you for your hospitality!!! Cheers

Perfect spot for our Falls Trip

This cute unit was perfect for a couple of nights. Although small, it was functional. Visitors used to central AC may need to adjust to the difference in the way the room feels but that’s a regional preference. Connected to two other units. Felt safe. Not luxurious but great accommodations. Communication with host was second to none.
