comfortable, spacious beach cabin minutes from beach & town

The "phungalow" is our Manzanita home that we make available to be your weekend home when we are away from the coast. It is located on a quiet street, about 8 blocks each from the beach and the dining/shopping of Manzanita.

It is cozy yet has plenty of space for the family to stretch-out. The house has a rustic cabin design and key modern amenities and conveniences. We love it for it's proximity to all the things in Manzanita that we enjoy, and also because it is set back from the beach and town a bit so that all you hear in the morning is the rustle of trees, the birds chirping, and the ocean waves in the distance. If you want a place near town and near the beach, with a unique, cabin-y character that is comfortable for your family, a relaxing home-away-from-home, then this is it.

The main floor is 2br/1ba with the main kitchen, living room, and a dining room table that can seat 8+. An adjoining wrap around deck has tons of seating options to enjoy morning coffee or a full-family meal. The daylight downstairs has another living area, an efficiency kitchen, and 3brs and another full bath. There are many sleeping combinations for families.

The house has smart TVs in the living rooms, internet, washer and dryer, loads of games and puzzles, and everything you need in the kitchen. Ie, all of the things that we need and use on a daily basis. There are several outdoor areas for gathering.

We do not make this home available for groups larger than 8 or hosting of events.
