Enjoy this gulf front 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath condo that sleeps up to 8 when you stay at 611 Starboard Village on desirable Fort Pickens Rd. This spacious beach front condo is uniquely located next to the community swimming pool, and just steps away from the beach dune walkover. Relax in the living room leather sofa, and loveseat! Amenities include granite kitchen counter-tops, 2 car garage, 1 outdoor designated parking spot, community swimming pool, community sun lounging deck, free WiFi, and 2 Gulf-front private balconies.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 1, 2024, until August 10, 2024, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only.

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.

Love the location and size of this property. The beach was never crowded, even though it was a busy time of year. The only downside was that the air conditioner never dropped below 74 degrees. It was comfortable for the most part but we all would have slept better if it were a little cooler. Ceiling fans would be a nice upgrade!This is a roomy, comfortable condo. Our family of 7 had plenty of space.

No complaints at all. Condo was roomy, exactly like the pictures, and the roomy garage is a nice extra.

Could be better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed for 6 nights. Check in was a breeze. The unit is very spacious but needs a serious update. The furniture on the deck that faces the pool needs more sturdy furniture. They were made of cheap plastic and one chair had a cracked leg. I am curious why there are light switches on the wall in the bedrooms for an overhead light/fan, but no over head lights. My son was awakened by ants on him and in the bed. Maintenance came quickly with a bottle of Home Defence and sprayed and left the bottle. Good thing because we had ants show up in the master bedroom. I pulled the night stand out from the wall and it was very dirty behind there. It was a very convenient location and just a short drive to the boardwalk. While we could see the ocean, we could not see the beach from the unit because of the dunes. There are about 10 steps up to the door of the unit so if you have bad knees or are handicapped it would be a problem.I probably would not stay in this unit again.

Suggestions

Property needs a deep clean— vents, baseboards etc. Vertical blinds in one bedroom are broken and rigged by using broken verticals upside down to repair.Keyless entry would be so much more efficient.3 almost full TP rolls and1 roll of paper towel barely got us started. Also 2 dishwasher pods wasnt near enough

Great Location will stay again

We really enjoyed our stay whole family raved about it, The location with a pool next to it and a gulf view. It was bigger than I expected. We would stay there again!

Beach getaway

This is a perfect location - the view of the beach from the balconies is just fantastic. Home was perfect for two small families with children. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and amenities.

We hard a great time at Starboard village. The condo layout was perfect with bunk beds and 3 bathrooms for our family of 7. The pool was nice and never over crowded.

Great location with easy beach access

Overall a very pleasant trip. HOA is very strict and watch the kids very closely to make sure they follow all rules. If you family is like mine and like hearding cats you might have complaints.

Great spot! Will return.

Minutes from the Boardwalk/Restaurants, just steps from the beach and easy access being first floor. Trade off is less Gulf view because of the sand dunes, higher floors have complete view of Gulf.

Great Location

Condo was just as stated in description and pictures. It is easy to get to from the beach! Roomy enough inside for 8 adults to have plenty of space. Maintenance responded promptly when called upon.

This place is so great! I'm not sure you could get any closer to the beach! I was able to go for a walk on the beach while my family slept in, great for everyone. Pool was pretty chilly but didn't stop the kids from jumping in. The space was perfect for us, teenager, 7, 5 and 3 year old. We're already trying to plan another trip! Our family loved it!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in really good condition and a great location! Accommodations were very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again if we ever return to this area. My only complaint, which is minor, is that the kitchen was missing a couple of things that we needed during our stay.

just terrific

my family and i had a very nice stay at this condo. there were issues, but they were small compared to the benefits of this great spot. the location was ideal, the whole facility immaculate, the pool had plenty of chairs and was in perfect shape, the accessability to the Gulf excellent. i would be happy to send a list of what would have improved our stay, but, i would not hesitate to return.
