The proximity of the beach made it very convenient for 3 generations of our family , including a newborn, to enjoy the waterfront. No need to get in a car and drive to a beach , just stroll across the road and down the steps and you have arrived.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was very spacious for our group of 10 and dog friendly. The best feature is the proximity to the beach, we just had to cross the street. The host was very attentive and responsive to our messages. We are already thinking of coming back next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. It is obvious that the hosts go out of their way to make guests feel at home and pampered. The beach is just across the street and excellent restaurants minutes away. It is the perfect place to make wonderful beach memories and the house is cozy and spacious at the same time!

Lovely location thoughtful layout and well stocked. Appreciated the privacy afforded the second floor. Outdoor shower was utilized but some would expect an additional fence or screen on one side.

The shower is fenced from the street, while the side facing the private deck is left open since it's within the home's private outdoor space. Most of our guests simply use it to rinse off after the beach, but we completely understand that everyone has different preferences. We spent a wonderful week here! It was perfect for our extended family of 10. Well stocked with plenty of linens and cooking utensils. Being able to walk across the street to the beach was a real treat! Close to great restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family memories created. We visited with three grandparents, an old dog, and college age kids. Located right across the street from the beach was perfect. Running back and forth for snacks and to check on the dog was so convenient. The property was very clean and just the right space for us. Grandparents didn’t have to worry about stairs. They stayed in the first floor bedrooms. We enjoyed family dinners/breakfasts on the deck or in the dining room. The kids kept themselves entertained with the sand castle pails provided. Our dog may have had the best time of all of us.

I stayed here with a group of ten girls for a bachelorette weekend and could not have asked for a better place! There are some updates from the pictures which was a very pleasant surprise a the home was extremely clean and stocked with the essentials. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were all very clean. The location is perfect and there is so much to do in the area, we wished the weather had been better because the close beach access is perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year in this wonderful home. We want to vacation here every year. The home is beautiful and extraordinarily appointed. Everything you could possibly need. Kitchen has a gas cook top, upscale coffee maker and upscale toaster and upscale toaster oven with Ninja Blender including a lobster pot. You could put 4 to 6 lobsters in there without any problem. Eat in kitchen and big traditional dining room for family meals, puzzles, games. The living room couch is amazing. Comfortable leather with ample space. It has 2 master bedrooms with kids suites on both floors. Bathroom up and downstairs. Masters have TVs. Beach access is amazing. Across the street, a little park, down the stairs and you’re on the beach. There are benches if all you want to do is look at the ocean. Incredible location. Equidistant across the cape. So many restaurants and shopping within a few miles. I cannot say enough about the property or the hosts. You will not find a better place for kids and pets

A Great Time with Family

We had a wonderful time on the Cape visiting with family from out of state. It was their first time on the Cape, and the location couldn't have been better! The host was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and well appointed. The owner was very communicative and helped us with an issue that was outside of his control (and not related to the house). I highly recommend this property and we hope to stay there again in the future.

We LOVE this property!

We had a wonderful time at Oceanfront Escape on SeaView!We appreciated how clean, roomy, comfortable, and well stocked it was. Quick family get away

We had a wonderful time on our four day getaway with our children and grandchildren. The South Shore Dr. property was in a great location. We were able to walk over to the beach and still be close to all the important things. The hosts were wonderful and answering any questions and helping us with our stay. Would highly recommend this beautiful house.

This house is beautiful, clean and so spacious! It was perfect for our needs. The beach is a quick and easy walk right across the street. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. My girlfriends and I got really lucky with a perfect weather weekend and really enjoyed our stay here. We did a 101 mile bike ride around beautiful cape cod! And highly recommend the house and area!

Our family has been in Massachusetts since 1999, living in the Greater Boston area and owning a vacation house on the Cape. Occasionally, we rented out the Cape Cod house and had fun doing so! We had the chance to decorate and prepare the house, gain an understanding of guests' preferences while answering their questions, and meet so many new people. This experience let us deepen our knowledge about all aspects of hospitality, as well as life in general, on the Cape. As we quickly fell in love with Cape Cod, we also wanted to share our love with our guests.

We are local and always available almost immediately to answer any of your questions or stop by to solve any issues.
