The condo itself was huge, comfortable, and in a great location. Unfortunately, the check-in and parking experience was extremely frustrating.The condo is part of a Marriott hotel, and the front desk seemed to have very limited experience handling the privately owned VRBO units. The listing states that the unit includes two assigned parking spaces, but we were initially told that valet was our only option and were charged for it. The assigned spaces are also extremely narrow - our vehicles barely fit and were parked on the lines. I eventually got one of our cars into the garage, but the front desk had to manually open the garage door for me and never provided a code or another way to access it independently.We also had difficulty getting into the condo because the door handle sticks. I messaged the host asking for clarification on how to access the unit but never received a response.Overall, the condo itself was spacious and very comfortable, and the location was excellent. However, the poor check-in process, confusing parking situation, and lack of communication from the host made the arrival much more stressful than it needed to be.

Great location and tons of space! Had some issue with not getting the parking information so we just left the car in valet parking instead of self-parking since the Beaver Creek Lodge staff said we can’t self park.

Great condo, the check In instructions were non existent which made checking in, parking very confusing and time consuming.

Weekend stay

The place is lovely and the check in was smooth. The hotel staff were very helpful. However the unit had no functioning air conditioning. I chose this rental in part because we were coming from Texas and it was important to us to have air conditioning. Among the amenities air conditioning was listed. However it was not functioning. When I paid the premium price I expected all the amenities as advertised, which was not the case.

Beautiful property at a great location

The condo was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family of 8. However, we had issues with the hot/cold water. At first, there was as no hot water, but after running water through for a while, there was hot water but not cold water. The condo was also hot and the cooling system did not appear to work. Overall, nice stay but would make sure mechanical issues are addressed before staying here again.

The property manager does not know much about the property and was not very helpful when problems would arise like the front door lock not working

No Air Conditioning

The central air was broken. Portable A/C units were vented through the bedroom windows. They did not cool the whole unit. The ice maker was broken. There was a trash compactor that didn't work. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the onsite desk agent was a plus.
