PARKING: Curved Driveway (2 vehicles), trailer/boat/camper parking allowed on-site. There is a plug available to plug in your boat or RV if needed.

- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- NOTE: The homeowner lives on-site, in a completely separate unit, and may be present during your stay. Usually just to greet you.

It is away from the main road, so very quiet. Lots of wildlife, you will often see deer walking in the yard or crossing the road. I offer many more amenities than the competitor at a reasonable rate.
