Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We’re so glad you found the condo clean, well stocked, easy to access, and especially comfortable with no stairs. It’s nice to hear the quiet setting worked well for your trip too. We also appreciate you bringing up the TV setup. That’s completely understandable, and you make a very fair point that not everyone uses streaming services at home. While many guests enjoy the smart TVs, we can see how frustrating it would be to expect regular cable access and not have it available during your downtime. Your suggestion about making this more clearly noted in the listing is helpful, and we’ll review how that information is presented so future guests know exactly what to expect before booking. We’re grateful you chose to stay with us and appreciate the honest feedback.
