Hallandale Beach City is located between Sunny Isles and Hollywood beaches.
This exclusive and family-friendly beach is one of the best located, in north Miami Beach. This is a quiet neighbour, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches.
In the immediate surroundings you will be able to find all the necessary basics shops for your vacation: from supermarket to pharmacies, restaurants, fancy malls and gulfstream. Being close to the beach is one of the major attractions, our property is located right accross the bridge. Can be reach in a short and pleasant walk (or just take the condominium shuttle!)

Our property has a Parking and Valet service (paid separately) You can also park for free in Walmart right in front of the BeachWalk building or in the public parking permitted areas in the street.
Complimentary suttle service to/from the beach every 15 minutes up to 5PM. Beach is also 2 min walk.
Other shuttle services are available under additional payment, to/from: airports, Sawgrass Mills Premium Outlets, SoBe, Miami Design District and most common touristic areas.
BeachWalk bicycles are available for rent.
If you love to walk, there are nice sidewalks around the area. Beach is literally 2 minutes walk, but you can also take the complmientary BeachWalk shuttle service to go to/return form the beach, availabke daily up to 5PM.
There are many restaurants walking distance, along with great variety of shops in the area.

Dear guest, the apartments rented by Victoria Rentals are rented to many guests of different ages, race and ethnics equally. We provide a profesional cleaning service through a cleaning company and own staff depending of the unit. Any object left by a previous guest or part of the apartment, can be a non intentional hazard, depending on the age of the guest. Be aware and let us know if you need us to take action on any repair or part removal during your stay. We are not responsible if you get injure or damage for parts or objects left by other guests or parts of the apartment and that we didn’t notice at the cleaning or maintenance time. $20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional days
